Had Rose who was fantastic, really appreciate the extra time to educate on waxing and care as well

Have been coming here for two years for my waxes and usually see the gorgeous Carly. She is amazing and very attentive with her services. Love her work! However, today I went in to get my usual waxing done with Katie, one of the new staff here, as Carly is away on holiday. I found Katie to be stand-offish and not at all attentive to what she was doing. She was very rough and made it an even more unenjoyable experience than needed be (I do realise that waxing is never an enjoyable experience but I've been getting my bits waxed for years and have never had as painfuller wax as that). I've now come home and found patches all over the backs of my legs that have not been waxed.... Am quite disappointed considering how much we pay for the services. Would not recommended her as a therapist!

Often get a tidy up when it the council sends a clean up your property notice. Walked out with one eye brow thou. All I want for Christmas is my eye brow to grow back. The staff is a hottie thou so will let it slide. Other bushy areas waxed ok.

My daughter got married on Sunday , had a spray tan done by Alexia , looked amazing , natural and perfect tone .The environment is vibrant and inviting.Highly recommended.

The salon vibe was really nice, the new look is so inviting, fresh and clean! I’m always made to feel comfortable! All the staff are amazing
