Ultra Tune Bankstown

I have been taking my car to Fred and Dion at Ultratune Bankstown for a couple of years now. Not only do I get greeted with a huge smile and by name, I have everything explained to me and if any part needs replacing they show me before and after. They get the best price on tyres, do a full service on my Rav4 for under $200 and are always willing to fit me in on the spot when I have an issue. The best part is that I can pay using openpay and so it makes it a lot easier to manage cost when in need of brakes or other more expensive things. A couple of weeks ago my automatic stalled several times and I drove the car down as I was close by and they.took it straight I'm and 15minutes later it was fixed a part had come loose. Easy fix and so they didn't charge me despite me being willing to pay. Its things like this that makes you want to tell others that they are good guys.Would definitely recommend these guys to keep your car on the road.

Car was booked in for maintenance service and registration safety check.Staff at the service are always courteous and to contact them should there be a problem with the car.

I’ve know the team at Ultratune Bankstown for quite a few years and even though I’ve moved away I still come back here to get my car serviced as their prices are fair, their workmanship is excellent and the owner is always very friendly.

Booking was easy and quickPolice cars trusted this shop so it must be pretty good.However, my experience wasn’t satisfying.My car has a knock when brake hard.Lower control arm was diagnosed to be replaced (agreed). Also they reckon the wheel bearing has play where I hear the knock. I asked if they identified the source of the knock but they weren’t sure.I was quoted 50% higher than their neibour and the Genuine parts were 50% to twice more expensive than buying directly from dealer. I decided to take my car back and paid for inspection fee.Got home, jack the car up and the wheel has play in top and bottom only, it doesn’t move side by side. My car drives very smooth with no noise so I doubt it is a wheel bearing.

Fred & Dion are the absolute best!These guys have been the only people I've allowed to provide service to my car since I had a bad experience elsewhere. Never had any issues with communication and they always call me and provide advice if I needed a major fix. They also provide valuable advice if a car is worth fixing or not and recommend brands that suit what you're looking for eg better on fuel, easy to maintain etc. & now my partner brings his ute here for service too - even tho we live out of area we will still come out here for service. Great professionalism, depth of knowledge in automotive & the best customer service - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE LEGENDS!!
