I thoroughly recommend the guys from My Moovers. The process was very simple to book and very efficient. The guys contacted me 20 minutes before arrival and were very efficient, fast and helpful, especially reassembling my huge King size bed and very careful with my furniture both at pick up and delivery.This was the day before Xmas and made my day less stressful to be in for Xmas day.

I am a FURIOUS CUSTOMER. WARNING- do not book!I booked this service well in advance with the salesman promising me the world. I specifically stated I needed an 8am pick up, he assured me that they could assist. They charged me in advance a holding fee of $100 and no one told me about the credit card surcharge (making the daily rate higher than advised).The day before pick up I got a call to advise they couldn’t make the 8am pick up and gave me no choice to change to 12pm-1pm.12pm-1pm came and went and I’d had no communication from mymoovers. I called them and they assured me they would be there at 2.45pm and they’d give me a discount from $135p/hr to $110. What a joke!2:45pm came and went and again NO COMMUNICATION I called them and they said 3:45pm. At this stage I was FURIOUS, I’d taken a day off work, no communication and the removalist would have to transport my items in peak hour traffic! Costing me more money than the discount they’d given me in sitting in traffic! 3:45pm and they still didn’t arrive. I rang and cancelled and now have to take another day off work to sort this out... and all they had to say is ‘are you sure you want to cancel madam’.... ah yeah! You completely stuffed me around. NEVER AGAIN 0/5 service.And when retreading the reviews the company has MANY bad reviews- but the company has only responds to the good reviews! Terrible customer service.Hope your company flops! Terrible service!

The task was to move 40 boxes of goods, 2 large paintings and a couple of plants, from Adelaide to Melbourne. Although the time for picking up the goods from the pick up point was a little confusing between the office specified time (3pm - 4pm) vs the driver's suggested time (9am - 10am), fortunately that all get resolved at the end. Quality of the service was extremely good, the two guys were polite and friendly, drop off time was close to the original estimated time. Goods were undamaged. Overall I would recommend this company to others, especially the two guys that I had for my job, I did not catch their names in full but the company should know who they are and should use people like this for your future business.

I was happy to pay for the service BUT they did not provide the minimal requirements. They refused to move some items of furniture, that was already conveniently placed in the garage in front of their truck. At the start we asked for them to only work the minimal 2.5hours which is the minimal amount you must pay for. They refused to work past 2 hours! They said no, we have to go to another job so we will only charge you 2 hours. Their idea not mine, but we agreed since they wouldn’t do anymore work.Long story short, they charged 2.5 hours. Talking to the complaints after they said if they work for 1 second you still have to pay the full amount, even if you ask them to do work and they refuse you have to pay!After the 2 hours my husband saw them sitting in their truck around the corner. No compensation was given and lady on the phone was very rude. Would not recommend - if they don’t feel like it you still pay!

Had an absolutely horrendous expirience.I paid a phenomenal amount of money ($1500) to move a small 2 bedroom apartment 2km down the road.The job was half finished with items still sprawled throughout my apartment and the removalist informing me that the rest was up to me to do". The incomplete job meant I had to pay more for both the bond clean as well as having to extend my leaving the premises.Their compliance and accounts team were unresponsive and unsympathetic and provided little assistance in resolving the issue."

What a nightmare. These guys had no idea. Had to tell them how to navigate a table through a doorway. They could not take furniture down the passage without hitting the sides. Routinely tried to slide heavy furniture around directly on the floors. Walked across my bedbase (cream material) leaving workbook prints across it. Placed washer and dryer so washer tap connections wouldn't reach had to be swapped around by myself. Put 2 dents in the front of my new fridge. Went to place a buffet with the drawers and doors facing the wall etc etc It was mind boggling how little they guys knew about moving objects of any kind. Full trips in holding one 5kg box. Did not once stack boxes on their sack truck. Not a moving strap in sight. Just wobbly man handling of heavy furniture causing them to scrape walls and hit door frames. Spent a lot of time on their mobile phones. Could not follow instructions or maybe they didn't understand the answers I gave to their questions because they didn't do anything they were asked to do. They would ask where I wanted a piece of furniture then proceed to fill the area I had told them with other boxes. Any item they places against a wall hit the wall hard enough to leave a mark. Unable to put anything down gently. Dropped boxes of electronic equipment from table height to the floor. Tipped boxes upside down even though the tops were clearly marked. Don't know if they couldn't read English but labelling the boxes for where they were to go was a waste of time. Once they had been paid they just dumped everything in the garage even though they had been told where to put things. The photo shows how they left my queen latex mattress that cannot be moved by on person. I have no idea how I am going to move it. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

1st removalists didn't rock up in the morning. These guys came with an hours notice. Did a fantastic job so quickly and efficiently. It was a hot day but that didn't stop them. Thank you so much! Next time we move, you will be the first I call.

Not on time. Refusal to carry some boxes of clothes up one flight of stairs. Overcharged and argued with me re their starting time. Tried to charge extra for stairs despite this being included in my quote along with the boxes. Unprofessional and slow. Left before the minimum 2.5 hour time frame leaving all the boxes down stairs even though I had emptied half the contents out of each as they had asked me to so as to make them lighter for them. Miserable disinterested and rough employees with no respect speaking in their own language the whole time in front of me! Took 2 hours 15 min to pack and unpack a lightly furnished 1 bedroom house with 10 boxes and move only 7 minutes up the road and then leaving job unfinished. Everything was already dissembled and in the carport for them to collect. An easy light job which they put no effort into at all. Very dissapointing!

Moving went smoothly with Kumaran and his team . They were able to accommodate a last minute request.Managed to move my upright piano and took care to ensure there was no damage . 6 ton truck was nice and roomy enough to move everything in one trip.Good planning before moving large and heavy items .Hardworking despite the heat of the midday sun ! Will use service again if needed !
