Wanted to cancel and get a refund only to be told of their 14 day cooling off period. Wouldn’t recommend using these guys. Have not replied to my emails after that initial communication

Called the Toyota roadside assistance line in the manual and got a hold of these guys.Can’t compliment them more for the service they provided. From the customer service Rep who walked through options to the tow truck driver that turned up with a flatbed to take our RAV4 away at 1030pm!

Very happy with 365 Assistance. They are very professional and responsive when I called with my car battery was flat. Got me back on the road and moving again.

My car broke down in literally the middle of nowhere. Called customer service, they were great from the get go while I was stressing out!! They sent someone out who figured out what the actual problem was, it ended up being more than just a problem with the battery but the person had me back on the road in 10 minutes!

I broke down last week and the team at 365 were very helpful. The operator kept me informed at all times and the mechanic had me back on the road very quickly. Would use them again

Had Toyota roadside who now use 365 roadside yet was never advised, 365 are as useless as Toyota roadside Assist . As i lay in my hospital bed as i have multiple operations that need to be carried out i called Toyota to renew my roadside only to be informed that 365 is now there providers, how deceitful is this , tells me why when i had a breakdown and was informed they do not come where i am located, called 365 as only was informed Tuesday they are Toyota roadside service got an operator that could hardly understand what my questions were. I asked to speak to manager however like all companies not 1 available, my roadside still has few days to go and it includes a replacement car if towed to repairer my wife drives it she had issues as transmission has blown yet no assistance offered. There is much better roadside services that do as they claim unlike 365 owned by foreign company who take the money and do nothing, not going to waste my oxygen on this company nor should anyone else as they are useless, give a monkey a banana and they will do better than these rip offs. if i could rate them - o infinity i would

My contract was automatically renew. I contact them to cancel the renewal and be refunded, I get a quick answer and refund

If I could give it a minus score I would. Firstly, I don't know how I came to have this account and secondly I was very annoyed that I could not cancel it until it finished the 12 mth contract (which I don't ever remember taking). I gave 356 the benefit of doubt and requested that my account be cancelled when it expired. Today (two months after it expired) I saw that my credit card was still being charged for the service. I rang the help line and they had no record of my vehicle so apparently I'm being charged for a service I don't even subscribe to. I am so angry with these verey dodgy people :(

My car simply wouldn't start after everything was fine 10 minutes prior. 365 were there within 15 minutes. Turned out the battery crapped itself. Up and running in record time. Exactly what an organisation like this is about.

Dreadful company. Claim to be Toyota specialists but don't have any specialism at all. Sell service that states battery repair or replacement but don't mention they don't include hybrids in this.
