Bruce is absolutely the man you want to trust your pets with. He visited my dog, Chutney in Spotswood Quarantine and brought lovely/healthy beef liver treats along so, that ensured the relationship was a off to a great start! Due to work, I wasn't able to visit him but with Bruce's detailed updates complete with pictures, it almost felt like I was there!I'll definitely continue using Bruce whenever the opportunity arises and so should you! :)

We recently relocated our two dogs Bronte (2yo Shepherd mix) and Henry (1yo Golden Retriever mix) from LA. They were released from their 30 day quarantine sentence about two weeks ago and have both settle in to Melbourne life nicely. Both dogs were rescued from shelters in LA and both have their issues with initially meeting people and also get very frustrated when they can't get to other dogs they see. Needless to say, we were very anxious ourselves about the whole journey for our two pups and how they would go in quarantine. We engaged the services of Bruce for the maximum we could (two visits a week, 2 hours at a time). We made Bruce well aware of their issues and he was still very keen to take on Bronte and Henry. Armed with copious amounts of his Healthy Dog treats (I believe the dried chicken breasts were the favourites), Bruce was patient and was able to win over the usually very timid and anxious Bronte and Henry. He had them eating out of his hands, literally. It was also no hassle from Bruce to buy toys and bedding to take to the quarantine for our dogs. He would just send us the receipt and I'd transfer the many. Easy. We'd always look forward to the numerous photos, videos and detailed run down of the days events Bruce would email us in the evening of each day he visited. I'd highly recommend Bruce's services as well as his Healthy Dog treats for anyone needing quarantine visits and/or walks.

We trusted FLEX, our Belgian Shepherd/Malinois to Bruce from DogWalkersMelbourne, while he spent his 30 days at the Spotswood quarantine station - and we could not have made a better choice!Flex was initially very wary in this new situation, was avoiding contact and pacing. But obviously Bruce is a very gifted dog handler and used a passive approach until our Flex finally would be curious enough to take up contact by himself. And over the first two three visits they became great friends and now Flex is all excited when Bruce shows up for another fun-time out in the exercise yards.Bruce would also make this essential link between our dog and us while being separated, with up-dating us immediately after visits with detailed email reports including many pictures.We love our dog and obviously so does Bruce - THANKS BRUCE WE WOULD ALWAYS TRUST YOU FLEX AGAIN!

Bruce looked after our dog and cats for 5 days and we could not be happier with his service. We received emails and photos every day with our animals in it and also updates on his facebook page. We loved seeing our dog out and about on his walks each day and photos of him swimming. We would highly recommend Bruce to look after your pets as the service he provides is excellent.

I have had many dog walkers over my dog Max's 13 year life and I have to say Bruce is by far the best. His care and dedication towards Max is outstanding and he is an amazing communicator also. On the days of Max's walks, Bruce sends us an email stating who was in the pack, how Maxy socialized and includes numerous photos of the walk which I look forward to seeing as soon as I return home from work. Nothing is too much for Bruce. There have been times where I have needed last minute extra walks for Max and he has always obliged. I completely trust Bruce with Max's care and Max always returns home tired and happy. I recommend Bruce 100%.

Our highly energetic KelpieX Scrat was stationed in Spotswood for 30 days after we relocated back to Australia from Singapore. Bruce was able to fit Scrat in at short notice for a twice weekly visit, and was great in providing updates and photos of our boy in quarantine. Nothing was a hassle for Bruce, and he got to know our dog and his ‘special’ traits. Highly recommend Bruce’s service for anyone wanting regular updates of their dog’s progress in quarantine when they are unable to visit their dog themselves.

Bruce has been walking my mother’s dog, Tilly and my dog Mr Sniffy, for over three years. Within these three years, both dogs have become more social with other dogs and are both better behaved due to their weekly outings with Bruce.Both of our dogs adore Bruce, especially Tilly, who waits for Bruce at the window along with her harness. Bruce looked after my cat Archie when I went overseas for 2 weeks, He visited my house and spent time playing with him. Bruce went above and beyond the standard, i would get and email and photos of archie emailed to me most days. It is great to see someone who is truly passionate towards his work and really cares for your pet like his own.
