Errol did an amazing job on our heritage screen doors. They look fantastic and are very solid and well constructed. He made extra effort to ensure that the frames fitted with a heritage look to them. Errol even matched up all the door locks so we only need one key at no extra charge. Best of all, he's just a really nice guy!

If I could score higher I would. I feel it is rare nowadays to receive such high-quality service from start to finish. After dealing with Errol of Rhino Security Doors & Windows, I can honestly state Errol’s professional work ethics and quality security door products and installation from start to finish were outstanding. I’m quite pedantic and aesthetically minded and expect good service and quality products. At first, I was concerned that the security doors wouldn’t be aesthetic looking as a retro fit, but hands down I was so wrong. All the doors fitted look amazing. Even the front security doors fitted over my double-glazed doors (see attached photo). Errol exceeded my expectations through every step of the process and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no stress at all. He explained every step of the process to me including the installation. In total Errol and his team installed 4 doors systems, two single sliders, a double slider and double front door system. I chose the stainless mesh and charcoal colour on all doors except for the laundry door which I chose the perforated aluminium mesh, which is still great looking, but was needed to reduce light / heat transfer. Overall if you are in the market for security doors and windows then I absolutely, without a doubt, recommend Errol as Rhino Security Doors & Windows.

We have used Errol's services twice now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing security screens installed. Communication is always very fast and responsive, he is meticulous with the measurements and install (even painting the screws to match the frames!) and also provides excellent follow up support. The added bonus is that his pricing is also very good. Our new security screens look great and we will use Rhino security again for our next project.

Errol did a wonderful job of installing a security door on our heritage home. The door frames are very old and not standard sizing, yet Errol spent time to get the door perfect. The door itself is well made and compliments the heritage style of the home. Excellent product and service.

We are so pleased with our new Rhino screens. The craftsmanship, mechanisms and aesthetic are fabulous. We have VERY big double hung sash windows in an old home which could have posed as being too hard. Errol’s attention to detail, problem solving and skill are fantastic. Errol installed a security door at my home today. I am 100% satisfied with this new door. It looks great and functions perfectly. My wife and I have used Rhino Security Doors and Windows 4 times now and the workmanship is first class, It's hard to find trades these days that are professional and at a fair price, however the quality of the products from Rhino has been excellent. My wife is so pleased with the design made by Rhino Mr Stone allowing us to have a serving window from our kitchen to our bbq area as in these photos. everything is custom made to suit our home rather than the other quotes we had it all seemed mass produced and average quality. Errol was recommended to us by our builder. He did a great job fitting unobtrusive, quality security to our double glazing when other companies said it couldn't be done. The workmanship was evident, along with the care and pride he took in the finished product. We are really happy with the outcome and Errol was a pleasure to deal with.
