Never call them for maintenance/aftercare service, it took only 2 minutes to change a lock but charged a hefty $165!!!, no qoutes given.

Great supplier! I got my security screens and glass for all my windows. Georgia responded to email so quick, which is very rare in Darwin. Great communication. She is the main reason I went with NTK for supply. Also, their price is very competitive. Quality of the material is good.
