The educators are friendly & welcoming. The same educators work with our child & get to know his personality well. They also accept the use of cloth nappies which was must for us when choosing a childcare.

Our little boy started at Guardian Seacombe Gardens just before his 1st birthday. After many tours of other ELCs, we from day one felt welcome, safe and sense of warmth from the team. Every week I’m blown away by the educators commitment, communication and pride they take in they’re work. I am beyond grateful for the whole team at seacombe gardens, our little man loves it there, and I know he is in wonderful care each day.

This centre is great. My bubs started here at 6 months and have felt comfortable since day 1. Amazing staff and educators who are extremely caring. Very clean centre and great chef with good food options for the kiddies.

Guardian Seacombe Gardens was amazing when it first opened but when new management came in it went down hill very quickly.27 staff in under a year have left due to the poor conditions and management of the centre. This has lead to no consistency of staff and being under ratio to the children in the centre. Not only have staff been leaving so have family’s.I would drop my son off before work, he hated going there and would cry and cry to be left there. There would sometimes only be 2 staff to 20 children who many were also upset. I would struggle to have anyone help me leave my crying child and when there was someone they had 1-2 other kids in their arms also. I would walk out the centre and look back to see my child on his own crying at the window. It absolutely broke my heart. What was more upsetting was on 2 different occassions my son was picked up in the same nappy as he was dropped off in. The nappies on both times were so soaked with urine the lining had broken up on the inside and had left horrible rashes on his skin. This is totally unacceptable. After learning it was a regular occurance for the centre to be under staffed and not to even be replace when staff were sick I realised what a big problem the management was.I started speaking to other parents who were also unhappy and making complaints to Guardians higher management but none of the complaints were making any difference. There was even a case of the managers bulling a staff member after they gave in their notice to leave, it got so bad they had to contact fair work SA.I knew we also had to leave the centre it was a toxic environment and so glad we did. We are now at centre my son loves going to. Its so nice knowing the staff members and having consistence of know who’s caring for your child that day.I need to put this review out there to warn other parents looking at joining this centre. Some places aren’t what they seem on the outside… do your research and get word of mouth reviews.

Guardian Childcare & Education Seacombe Gardens - centre ROCKS!My little one started here at 12 months of age.Every morning, on the days she goes to childcare, i always say that she is seeing her friends today and she gets so excited :) and when walking in..Katherine is the Director; she is passionate, personable, professional and she actually cares about the the kids and families. The carer's in the rooms are lovely, personable and I TRUST THEM WITH MY BABY!Highly recommend, the centre is immaculate, facilities are second to none and they feed the kids - chef like meals.. they eat better than us adults.

My husband and I couldn't be more prouder of the fact that our 6 month baby goes to Guardian Seacombe Gardens. We tell everyone!! The moment we walked through the doors and had our first tour, we immediately felt welcomed and at home. In fact, we even had tears in our eyes knowing that our baby would have the opportunity to be spoiled with love, attention and education. Not only are we happy that we can trust the staff at Guardian, every time we pick our baby up, he is the happiest we see him. We know he's thriving and loving every minute he spends here! Looking forward to continuing a long and wonderful journey at this centre. Katherine and the staff must be congratulated... they are doing wonders!!!

The worst experience we ever had. This day care is horrible. They don’t give the care and attention to the kids as they are suppose to. My child was left with soiled nappy for hours which caused her a very bad rash and it took over two weeks to heal. They never wipe the bum clean, poop always left all over my child’s bottom (complained multiple times through writing and in person and nothing changed). Despite of being asked to provide extra clothes, my child came back home with wet and dirty clothes all the time. Poor management for controlling sickness spread, all the kids are running around with green runny nose.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

There is so much for little ones to explore at this guardian centre. When it comes time to pick our little one up I often have to chase him around the playground to get him to come home as he would love to stay. The centre has a great feel about it, lots of happy children and all of the staff are amazing. They really keep us updated on how our little ones days have been and they are always planning new and fun activities. We can see our little one learning lots and making some little friends on the way. We would definitely recommend this centre.
