Don't even worth a star. Worse service ever.We (2 families) went in and were served by different women at the counter. First time, we saw and heard the woman yelled at our friend when he tried to order chicken pie. Just listen

Went to enjoy pies & sausage roll by the beach with my family... Took one bite only to find out pies were filthy, worse pies we have tried in our lives... Full of peppery jelly, no meat at all & not sure where the cheese & bacon was, we couldn't stomach another bite. My 2 yr old wouldn't eat the sausage roll, they are her favourite food, it was full of salt and onion chunks, also she wouldn't eat the wholemeal bread that we didn't take back, doesn't taste like bread let alone wholemeal. I had to take pies & sausage roll back as it cost me enough, owner was rude & argumentive & yelled at me as walking out of store, how unprofessional!

Dont take know notice of the Bad things said on Hear These people are having Bad days and would say rong about there own mother!! This is a Great pie and bread shop with friendly service !! And if you think you can get a better pie than there No 1 CURRY your having a bad day two lol and fair priced . Im a local and this is a great little shop with a sexy little smile

I bought a meat pie and quiche from here. The pie was not warm, consisted of too much gravy to meat ratio. Lacked flavour. The quiche was sitting for too long and the egg had over cooked way too much and was also not warm. Lacked quite a bit of flavour and the pastry was not very nice. It’s a shame because it’s nice little area. More attention to detail required on the cooking process.

Extremely disappointed at the rude staff!Went Sunday lunchtime to but some pastries and was barked at by a male staff member over the counter stating Only 4 ppl in the store". Whilst I appreciate during Covid there has to be limits however as a customer walking into your store how was I to know about the customer limits when there was no sign at all. Will never come back!"

Very unpleasant experience, croissants were over priced, stale and had a hair in one of them. Also a of the worker was not wearing a mask! This is a disgrace during these dangerous times. Please stay away.

Great little bakery. Hundreds of quality Pies made Fresh Every week. Owner is even there at 5 AM to get FRESH BREAD RIGHT FROM cheese and bacon rolls, right out out of the oven, nothing beats it. I usually come past and grab my coffee and fresh cheese and bacon rolls on the way to work in Newcastle. Very convenientGreat service. BEST PIES And Sausage rolls IN NEWCASTLE! I always try come in during the midday to get Freshly made pies, they make them on weekends and and during the week. I eat them right from their cooking oven, just ask the staff when their next bake is, and you will never look else where for a pie.
