Very poor customer service. Had a section blocked off while stocking the shelves where the product I wanted, no can I help just ignored and kept doing his work

Mediocre service. They close off self service and have one check out open with a massive line of customers at all times of the day and week. All the while I'll frequently see up to ten staff standing behind the service counter doing who knows what. Takes ages to buy your stuff, go elsewhere if you're in a hurry.

Staff member James was so helpful in the gardening section. He took into account what I was looking for and was very supportive of my preferences.So happy with my purchase and it is always a lovely visit thanks to the staff.

It’s been along time since I’ve seen this store tidy, was actually a pleasure to shop and not have to navigate around trolleys full of stock or pallets on the floor or rubbish laying around ( plastic wrap, cardboard etc )

Very disappointed with service in timber section always have to load timber by myself never a forklift driver about ,i'm 58 had to load 49/ sleepers into a trailer with no help from the 4/ guys wondering around when i did get a new pack dropped down to to finish my order they didn't even cut pack open and disappeared like the customers aren't there problem in future if the other stores have what i need i will spend my $1480 else we're Dean walker

Hi happy shoppersBunnings Devonport sell practical board in sheets 2400 x 1200 great but if you want it smaller not so great. Apparently their docking saw is not functional. So sorry it’s 2400x1200 or nothing. Maybe they should go to Bunnings and buy a new docking saw. Ha Ha. :(

Easter Sunday Devonport Bunnings Coffee Shop. Wow your worker is rude. There is one nice lady who works here sometimes and is friendly and helpful but the others just should not be there. Case in point just passed 5 people leaving with a takeaway cappuccino in their hand. I am 10m away from the coffee machine when I pass them. So I ask for 2 cappuccino ls she flatly says no I switched machine off. I said I just passed 5 people with a takeaway coffee in their hand, she said that would have been 5 mins ago. I said no I just got here. She says we close at 3.45pm. I looked at my watch is says 3.46pm and I show her. She says my clock says 3.49pm. Bunnings please get people who are trained to be friendly and just a little bit helpful not putting the wipedown of surfaces first on their priority list.
