This servo has had no teabags for 5weeks reguardless of repeated requests to supply,the hot food is always at minimal selection,usualy consists of 1or2 pies that look overcoooked,the price of the petrol is consistantly higher than most servos in a 15km radius

Always friendly staff, usually well priced fuel and great deals/new items in store. This servo also has Coles lockers so it’s easy to pick up the online grocery order and fill up the tank in one stop!

I'm rating a two star because I know what I did was dumb, but the customer service could be improved. I was planning on fueling up but decided maybe somewhere that won't treat me like an ableist, or won't give me the worst attitude would be a better place. Not only that, but what customer service talks bad about customers, to customers IN FRONT OF SAID CUSTOMER? Worst experience at any one Coles express and the guy could do with some manners check or have an employee evaluation done because that was not okay.

Went in today, old mate was really bad at customer service. Would rate zero if possible.Talking rudely rudely about a customer while they were still in store.
