Picked up 2 drop decks and a dolly few months back now. Proven reliable so far. Sure as hell can take a heavy load ;) !! Told them I needed these trailers in 2 weeks and despite their busy production schedule they still delivered! Overall paint job pretty good, few spot with overspray but nothing to cry about. Tow straight as down the line too! Welding all pretty tip top, few finishing touches could’ve been better, but hey they met my time frame demands and for me that’s what counts most!!

Dont ever deal with these people, they are a fraud and if you ever visit their so called yard in SA you will understand what im saying. Once the trailer leaves the gate they dont want to know you, i was burnt with a grain tipper, walk away and purchase from others.

**SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE**Have ordered a trailer 6 months ago - don't rely on the time frame they allocate if you have contracts. Our trailer was supposed to be ready in 10-12 weeks. Keep get putting off with the same excuse each time we finally make contact (after promised call backs) with the office. Hopefully they come good with their promise & we get what we ordered soon!***UPDATE ***Finally got our trailer after 61/2 months - (with us to fit the ramps on the trailer due to the logisitics of freighting it to us). Went to do this simple procedure to find the ramps don't even fit our trailer making it unnuseable. (Obviously quality control not done prior to delivery or they would have know this was going to be an issue). Other safety issues also not checked. Very disappointing. Still waiting to hear from them as to how we can get this rectified so we can actually use this long overdue trailer................................Hopefully they will do the right thing by us?? Will keep you informed.

Purchased tri axle tag last year very happy with the product solid built trailer good price and good finish on trailer my own experience was easy simply called talked to Victor he stayed in contact with me through out the building of the trailer send updated photos overall easy use the trailer every week thanks freighmore good job

My partner just got fired for not untaping somthing fast enough and saying “ ffs” when the boss swears at his employers , it definitely needs a work safety visit, it’s not work safe and they don’t looks after their employees.There’s also someone working there who’s sabotaging the workplace and casing things to fall and break on top of others it’s not safe. They haven’t done anything even after employees concerns.

Don’t rely on this company… very poor service and staff is very rudeCompany has committed to provide trailer B mezz deck in 3months but it’s 6months gone no update has been provided yet. Keep on calling on landlines and sales person but no one cares to call you backVery very disappointing… will ask others not to fall victim of them

Got a new tilt slide Extendable from these guys, really impressed with the unit. Built strong, robust, and they matched my prime mover colours on the paint job perfectly. These guys know what they’re doing. I made the choice of running with Freightmore as opposed to other options even though there was a slightly later delivery time but definitely worth the wait. I recommend to anyone in the market for a trailer to check out the sellers directly to get a good look at what’s being offered. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable on his trailers, and carried out a fair few custom modifications I needed. Would certainly buy again for my next trailer, probably gonna need a widener soon!

I purchased a new step deck extendable from Liberty. The trailer towed smoothly and sat well on the road. The company assisted me to set up the trailer with the right size wheels to suit my loads. I used the trailer to move a crane from Sydney to Bathurst and sandwich panel from Brisbane to Bathurst for a project.After approx 20,000 Km the welds cracked on the suspension.After some extended conversation Liberty finally sent a welder to repair the trailer and replace the parts that had fallen off on the road.This repair lasted for a short period of time and the parts fell off and the trailer cracked again.Liberty would not return my calls or do anything about the issues. $85,000 trailer unroadworthy in under 50,000 km. Expensive!Would you deal again with Liberty - Not even with your money!

Looks like straight outta China to me. The reviewer “Peter Smith” is linked to Goldstar RV which also appear to be straight outta China. Like anything, you get what you pay for.
