Terrible experience. I been here last Christmas, it was much more batter last time.It take us 3 hours to finish the tasting menu this time. When I complain the salmon is not fresh and smelly, the owner came and told us it is impossible, the fish is fresh just come today. His face looks unhappy and the attitude is not kind at all. I think he have not even tasted it.The waiter there is not trained properly. They came to our table with the next course, but we still have the empty plate of last course on table. We opened a bottle of wine. There is no one see our glasses are empty until we ask for refill.The food is just at average level, noting special.I will never go back again since the experience was extremely disappointing.

A beautiful fine dining experience in the Canberra CBD.A warm atmosphere suited to couples, small groups or larger functions.Service is excellent.The food is well presented and of high quality.For that special occasion, this restaurant should be very high on your list.

Choose this one hat restaurant for celebrated our wedding anniversary, choose for 7 courses, but it didn't live up to expectations, the food tastes acceptable, but the price isn't worth it, the important the portions are small. after we back to home , we had to cook noodles to eat . When I booked, I leave the comment for celebrated anniversary, but they are ignored it. Staff service is below standard service . Overall not worth the $$$, I wouldn’t return for the price of the experience.

We had the 3 course lunch for $75. You get to choose each of the 3. So if you bring a partner, you can taste 6 different dishes! Each was very well crafted. You can see the skill of the chefs. Flavour was on point. Excellent wine. Very polite and prompt service. Portion size felt a bit small, but we were both stuffed by the end. Special call out to the butter for the bread roll. Nice and soft, super whipped. Easy to spread. This is the kind of attention to detail that makes a good dining experience.

Lovely place. Food very nice. Salad was over -salted but apart from that it was very nice. We had the 8.30 session. Food came out quickly almost like they were eager for us to eat and leave. Overall a nice experience though.

Had the 5 course degustation for $125. The variety of food was consistently amazing. And they were able to cater to our vegetarian friend. Thought it was a bit cheap to charge $2 per bread roll after already paying $125.

Visiting Canberra we were highly recommended a meal at Courgette, which we are so glad to did! This hatted restaurant was sublime from the moment we entered. The service was incredibly professional, friendly and warm! The decor and ambience was impressive! The wine list extensive! The food was phenomenal!! We had the four course menu and couldn’t have made a bad choice. My only disappointment was that my husband wouldn’t share his dessert once I finished mine!! What and exceptional dining experience!!
