WORST staff service I had in my life !!!!!I went to buy a phone but my bill was overdue since I do the payment on app with my bank card details. Unfortunately since I lost it and had issue with the new one delivery I went to the store for help. The guy there was SO RUDE and not helpful that he did not suggest other ways to pay my bill, a friend mine that guided me to pay it trough BPay so then I could get my new phone, Of Course I’m not getting it in the Randwick Vodafone

So embarrassed! Had an overseas visitor that needed advise, we received the rudest, worst and most shocking service. Felt like we were being attacted. Sent us so a competitor for advise (whom had fantastic and friendly service!)Will never set foot in Randwick Vodafone store again!

Very average service. It also took Vodafone a week to transfer my number. Also the Vodafone call centre is providing poor customer service with long waiting times.

Good service today when I bought a Samsung Galaxy plan from Zheng, who patiently wait for more than 1 hour for my photos from my old phone to transfer to a new phone.

Opening advertise time is 10am to 4pm, currently its 10:25am and staff has NOT arrive. Vodafone main please check your staff if they are the site at the said opening hour, this needs escalation.

My wife and I came here with our younger son on February 17, 2018 to arrange a long-term service plan. As a new student, our son got 10% off the plan with the right documentation and particulars. The staff service was very customer-friendly and it closes at 17:00 on Saturdays and 16:00 on Sundays!

I bought a dongle at Optus. Ruby said I should buy a pocket wifi at Vodafone instead especially if you do banking in an Airbnb. I am happy with it. Thanks Ruby for the advice.
