Considered of the precious time of everyone just notice down some main points. I never met such a cunning company. The Funniest things, they know the problem and not being resolve it. Shirk responsibility to others.1. Never list out the prices even you require for this2. Never update any process and not keep cantact with client3. Being disappeared when you message them.4. Sign off contract in 2019 start built 2022 they will keep on hold until the price increases. Client will have to spend more money, after they willing to move on.5. Stop on the halfway. The reason they have run out of the material, why dont you mention early? Now waiting for the roof about half year.6. Now it's the wet weather, the bricks layer has become soak and they didin't cover with any plastic material to prevent .7. Be aware of the contract8. The floor plan make people confused and not going with you any details, force you to sign9. 304m2 only 163m2 can be used, no idea where the 141m2 appear?10. Never give details of the material you choice.
