I’m sorry I can’t remember the nameOf the owner but he helped me and saved our Christmas! ( yes it’s taken me 6 months to write this review )I was left in a situation with an online supplier of where they shipped half a present for my daughter for Christmas total freak out I was having. A late arvo call and a mad 1 hour drive to Dandenong and I honestly can not thank you enough. Not only is the product 15/10 the service was 20/10. Waiting back for an hour at 4pm on the day shops close for Christmas to actually save the day is something I will never forget. I will tell anyone and everyone about your amazing business as this is the type of business we should support.Thank you a million.

We bought a bar from this shop. The owner was very kind and he opened his shop even during weekend. Kids are now very happy to enjoy this. We can survive at home with this gear during this lockdown period. Thank you very much!!!

I originally ordered an air block through a different company only to be let down a few days before Christmas with they emailed to say they could no longer supply the item (weeks after ordering). Little Gym Shop came to the rescue. Not only did Mark respond to my emailed queries very quickly, he was able to supply the air block the same day as they have actual stock in their warehouse - as opposed to a company that orders from the supplier only once an order has been received. He met me at their warehouse, let us check out the quality of the products and made the transaction seamless. My 4yo has now decided he would like bars after being allowed to 'test them out'.Their customer service and product quality can not be faulted and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone else looking for air products.

Just bought the uneven bar for my daughter’s birthday and she is absolutely loving it and said it is the best present ever. The owner Mark cares more that the customer is happy with their products rather than just pushing to fast sell his product. I have read good comments about this bar before I purchased but I have concern of the installation as I hate assembling especially bulk items. I also have concern what skills you can preform on these bar and the lifespan of it etc....I have asked LOTS of questions! After spoken to Mark, I took his advice and gave it a go and I just couldn’t believe how easy it is to install and how convenient these bars are to move around and for storage. To me, this is just equally important as the quality of the product! No doubt this is a 10/10 satisfaction product. I also received a free landing mat with my purchase and it also gave me that “WOW” factor. Amazing quality, sturdy and safe. I have purchased quite a few gymnastic items from few different companies, this is my first purchase from The Little Gym Shop and I am 100% happy with my whole experience and highly recommended it.
