I was very, very pleased with the service. It was the best experience I ever had. My car had a problem that was quickly checked out and fixed. It's much better than Parramatta site. In particular, service advisor named Reuben Philip is very kind and patient. He makes me feel at ease. I am very satisfied with his service and I am very happy to come here this time

Excellent Service and Professional Staff!I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz North Shore Service Centre for quite a long time, and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. One person who deserves special recognition is my service advisor, Nick Barridge. He consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and possesses extensive knowledge in his field.Nick's expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable throughout my visits. He explained the maintenance procedures in a clear and understandable manner, making me feel confident in the decisions I made regarding my car's upkeep. His recommendations were always spot-on, and I could tell he genuinely cared about my vehicle's performance and my overall satisfaction.The overall experience at Mercedes Benz North Shore Service Centre has been excellent. The staff members are courteous and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, reflecting the dealership's commitment to quality.

Big thank you to Reuben and Mercedes North Shore for taking my car in so quickly and accommodating my car getting towed in and repaired. Reuben kept me updated when the car arrived as well as diagnosed, quoted and completed major repair works all within a few days. Excellent customer service when I came to pick up the car too. Car was complimentary washed and my key battery replaced. Can't recommend any better than Reuben and North Shore Mercedes

Just picked up my AMG at North Shore for new tyres. I have been to 3 other Mercedes for services in the past, and this place by far was the best!Reuben was my service consultant and was professional and prompt and also did his best to accommodate my requests. I will 100% go back and be asking for Reuben!

I’ve been servicing my car at the center for the last 3+ yrs and it’s always been easy and smooth. The staff was friendly and professional especially Reuben, he was very transparent about pricing and tell me what was necessary for the car vs what is good to have. Prestige Cars, surprisingly Poor service!Took them a week to rectify a straight forward job. Similar to the guy below, the works were overbooked so it's taken more time. As I got in the place, I was being prepped to bear a cost of service, even though I had done a B service 3 months prior. Fortunately it was covered under warrantyAnd no call to say my car was ready, I had to call them and check - quite unusual! Would have been good if they offered something more than just a 'sorry about missing that'Additionally I'm most surprised that there is no Saturday service! Even if it was 4/6 hours for client drop off or pick up! Volkswagen around the corner was open?!Very Unusual! (Yep let the customer make time based on your schedule ;) )
