Lumus Imaging

Rang for an appointment and Trish was outstanding and went over and above to get the appointment immediately. Trish recognised that they were running ahead of schedule and organised everything.

Thank you to Penny, Sebastian & the rest of the wonderful staff at this clinic for taking great care in their jobs. I have had multiple scans here and it is by far the most welcomed & safe I have felt in a health care setting.

I did not really feel welcomed at strathpine clinic at all. The lady who did my scan was very rude and very impolite. I didn't feel comfortable at all. I have been to other clinics and it was so much better. This was my first time here and I am never going to back there again. Very disappointing to see healthercare workers behave like this. If the field doesn't suit them they shouldn't work there in the first place.

In all the X-rays and scans and everything I've had done in my 61 years I've never felt so comfortable then I have done with Lumis.

The reception team and radiologist were very understanding, super kind and accommodating. I went in as a bundle of nerves due to past negative experiences, left feeling fantastic as it all just seemed so easy. Radiologist seemed very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him. I believe his name was Tyson, he was incredibly kind and explained things well. Thanks for making this an easy experience!!

So not knowing what a CT scan actually entailed, I went in with blinders on. Of course nervous, I was welcomed into the room by a trainee who went through the important ‘form things’. I was introduced to Tyson who was very friendly making me feel welcome, at ease by explaining everything. When explaining what he was doing with his trainee, he even asked if I minded all of the talk, having the patients comfort always at the front of his mind. He explained what was going to happen and what I would feel and made me feel at ease (he was 100% correct). He was very conversational afterwards which was welcomed to take my mind off what was going on around me. If you need a CT scan, I highly recommend as the entire team were friendly and accommodating, I got a booking on the same day of referral and nothing was too much for them. If I could give more stars I would. 11/10 service and care. Thank you.

Travis was absolutely lovely. This was my second scan during my pregnancy and I was so scared. He made me feel calm and welcome. I am so grateful for my experience. I can’t wait to book my next scan.

Radiographer Tyson has an approachable and welcoming bedside manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the imaging processes, explaining the imaging to me as it was happening and helped me feel relaxed throughout the process. The staff are helpful and professional and I wil be very happy using Lumus Imaging again if I need to. Thanks again, Anita
