I'm sorry and disappointed to have to leave this comment. I've been getting my full bikini waxed once a month at this shop for the last 6 months. For the first time, I left with blood dripping from the beautician's negligence at the end of the service. It's a sensitive area and it's the 1st time in 3 years of waxing that I've felt this pain... I had my hair removed on 26 May at 2pm. It's 11pm now: I'm still in pain and the blood is still flowing. I can't walk properly. I'm sorry because the previous waxings I've had in this shop have gone well, but I have to say that for $52.95 this service was neglected.

Came in on my friends birthday to support her while her ears were being pierced and the staff were really nice and supportive. She’d gotten a piercing here a week before so they gave some really good advice in order to help the healing process. In summary, would definitely recommend this place and you’d be lucky to have Shway and Sue to pierce your ears!

I had a navel piercing here 8 months ago. At the beginning everything was perfect, but a few months later it started to hurt and a massive pimple appeared. I went to the doctor and they recommended me some medicines and something to disinfect the area, however, it became worse every day and I went to another studio. There, I was told that the person who did the piercing didn't take care of making it straight, so the bar was distorted and pressing the skin so it created a pimple that then got infected. Such a disappointment because it was an expensive piercing. I would never come back again.

I got my belly pierced here and it was a super positive experience. The lady that did it made me feel so comfortable and safe and the actual piercing itself only hurt for a few seconds. I highly recommend!!

Very easy to book online for last minute appoints. . .Shwe , my therapist is extremely friendly and accommodating Never had to wait and she always does magic with my eyelashes even when I’ve damaged them. Highly recommend for lashes.

Karen & the other lady that was there today were amazing. They did an amazing job doing my 3 month olds ears. She was smiling after with her teddy bear. I cannot remember this location more than anything! So glad I traveled all the way from Mandurah

Fast efficient, thorough and no frills.....good value for money and cannot complain. Was in and out very quickly and got what I asked for. The young woman providing the treatment was friendly but no nonsense and not OTT. Highly recommend.
