The only complaint I would have is when we have to unexpectedly cancel my sons appointment 23.5 hours in advanced instead of 24 hours and still get the full $82 cancellation fee I think is a little rich. Maybe the staff should be have a little room to move with the 24 hour rule when children are involved. I think the way they treat families here is very poor, could just be only me but wouldn’t recommend to parents.

I’d like to give this place 1 star for the rudeness of the receptionist and the lack of information on the fees not covered by private health or Medicare but the person who conducted the test was amazing and deserves 5 stars so have given it 3 stars. Try and avoid the receptionist!

I am really unimpressed with this company.We were incorrectly told by reception that we were ineligible, after spending weeks on the waiting list.The manager has not yet returned a simple phone call.I would recommend dealing with anyone else if you can.

We didn't have a great experience here. Lots of my kids sessions were cancelled, and then we were not offered more sessions when needed.

Eryn and Zinette were brilliant and a great help. They have all the right high tech equipment for testing the kids ears and hearing. I strongly recommend booking in with these Audiologists at Brindabella Hearing and Speech as the appointments can be attained easily without waiting for referrals to ENT specialists. I found my appointments with these Audiologists far more informative and beneficial than many G.P.'s and even ENT specialist's. The appointments are great value for money and the information is correct and accurate, everyone's kids should have check ups here!!

Very professional service with lovely staff. The audiologist I saw was thorough and explained things extremely well so I understood what the tests were and why we were doing them.It is a little hard to find - it is located at level one within the EQ1 building which is called Equinox.
