Oz Nails

HORRIBLE PLACE. I left bleeding on my toes and they tried to stop me and make me pay $$ before I even had my nails done. They even barricaded the door with their bodies and once I got out, they followed me to my car. Truly unable to describe. Dirty.

I used to like this place however last week the lady gave me a nasty toe infection. I told her she was hurting me & she wouldnt let go of my toe. Now its incredibly painful and I cant wear closed shoes. Never again.4 WEEKS LATER - To continue this review I ended up at the doctors with anti biotics & then the podiatrist 4 WEEKS AFTER the pedicure. $260 in medical bills later I called Oz nails to complain & the lady just hung on me. Furious is an understatement. Disgusting place, do not use. The photo is nothing to what it became.

Just had the WORST SNS ever. Thick, uneven and a different colour than I asked for. Unlike every other salon I’ve been to, this one doesn’t use a clear base layer or a clear top layer of powder - obviously to save money. Will NOT go back again

Horrible customer service and the women working were saying nasty things about customers to other customers. The shellac job looks bad and i wouldn't doubt if it doesnt last a week. Overpriced too. Im not sure how a shellac polish change costs $30 when a shellac mani was said to be $35. Never going there again!

Pedicure is great, manicure - sns not the greatest unfortunately... it show cracks after a week :/

I really wish there was a zero star option but there isn’t. They did a classic set - eyelash extension on me and everything was off. First, classic set should only take 1 hour max. It took them 2 hours because they kept leaving me to help other clients with there nails and i literally had enough when they left me for the last time so i walked out without paying. Secondly - technician kept pulling my eyelashes off like he kept making mistakes. Thirdly - He glued my eyes together. I’ve never had any experience like this else where and this salon definitely made me traumatised. Save your money. Not worth anyones $$$

Oz nails is a great place if you want beautiful, long lasting affordable nails! The staff are very nice and the service is a 10/10 loved the experience of this mail salon and will come back again, very happy with my manicure and pedicure, as they are comfortable and allow me to look my best at parties and family gatherings!!

i have been going to Oz nails for quite some time and I have found the girls to be very freindly and my nails ( Shallac) always look great and lasts for around 3 weeks. Thank you to Tracey and Ann..

Reading the other reviews, seems like people either hate the place or love the place. I can only reflect on my own experience, which was great! My mum and I had a straightforward pedicure each and found the staff attentive, caring, thorough and skilled. Unlike other places that only lightly stroke your feet with a buffer for $50, I feel like I got a proper foot treatment with the appropriate scrubbing, filing, exfoliating, and then mosturising and nail polish. Yes, it was a little informal and the staff moved around a bit, but this didn't bother us. I'm going back!
