First time using, so was a little worried about how it all worked. Within 2 hours a very pleasant Doctor phoned and confirmed my symptoms. I got my script immediately text to my phone.

Awesome service. Quick response times and very friendly and professional doctor. I needed a script for a tooth abscess and after a 4 minute chat to the GP she sent the script straight to my phone. Less than half the price of comparable overcharging organizations like instantscripts

Website and app are totally dysfunctional. Website won’t even search for a pharmacy to order from or track orders, and app says to choose nationally delivering pharmacy but none are available. Trying to get a repeat prescription delivered (that says pick up in the app despite it being a delivery order) and can’t do a bloody thing!

It took me quite a bit of searching, but I found the exact service I wanted at a price was that just right. 5 minutes of effort, & I had an online order done & dusted; the service does not replace my GP, but would save me (& the GP) unnecessary appointments at least a couple of times a year. Works for me

Worth every cent I paid for this service. Will use it again if I ever fall ill over the weekend. Thank you, the Doctor was so prompt in getting back to me it was just great. Within 5 min. of filling out a form to receiving my script.

Super easy & confidential. Unable to get a local doctor appointment for a week, but needed antibiotics. After a detailed chat with the Medmate doctor, my script was sent directly to my phone. Thank you, will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

A vague, disorganised half baked approach to service delivery. They called a couple of times through the day while i was working an unable to take a call. Hit or miss philosophy. I later called and arranged a call back for a time today. Call came 5 minutes earlier than i scheduled and i didn't answer as was working. Voicemail said they'd call back 10 minutes later. Great, however.....no call back. Nothing. This service will charge you and then do not keep to their word. Disorganised. I wanted it to work. Avoid.

Had a really rude doctor to begin with and raised this with management as I felt degraded.Management and the reception staff have been great at facilitating a solution to the issue and made me feel much more comfortable about what occurred.Following the initial issue, I spoke with Dr Sultan Syed and she was fantastic. She even called back to ensure that I was okay.

Paying the extra for priority is certainly not worth it. Other services are faster and likely cheaper overall. I'd recommend only using this service if it's a last resort, not the first option. $55 for 2 scripts and one has to be over the phone despite it not being a restricted medication seems a bit steep even for the convenience.

I requested a prescription for the crisis situation as my infection was getting worse with no treatment. As your GP promised when he called me to have it sent in 3-4 hours it didn’t happen for 8-9 hours. So I somehow managed to consult a GP with enormous difficulties as it’s a holiday I got a prescription. Now I don’t need your e prescription. I’m way disappointed. I developed the symptoms on Saturday and the GP at the medical center prescribed a too mild antibiotic that didn’t work. Your Doctor promised that he will send me the prescription for a better antibiotic but so sad that it never came. It just wasted my money.and time and also lead into possible threat of getting it further from UTI to May be a kidney infection. Don’t let these kind of things happen to other patients at least. Kindly refund my money too as I got nothing out of it so far. I’m seriously disappointed.
