I enjoy shopping at Aldi due to the variety offered.Honestly I was disgusted with the service on Register 5 today at 1pm. The girl was so rude, clearly did not want to serve at all.Closed the lane as soon as possible despite being a busy time and sent people to Register 2 and kept telling the girl on Register 3, open 2, open 2.She felt the need to repeat the price of my shop within a second apart to rush me through the lane, yet didn't even have the eftpos machine ready to go, clearly expecting me to pay cash. Not everyone pays cash.Piece of advice-if you don't want to serve customers, maybe don't jump onto the register.Better yet don't work in customer service.This whole experience has put me off returning.I think I'll go to Waverley Gardens next time and deal with the crowds instead.

Worst ALDI ever... Understaffed, understocked, rude, long lines with usually only one checkout open, the only person that works here is the one female Indian manager who is quite caring, asked me to file a complaint online however that webpage seems nonexistent.

Its a new store that was opened to public on 22nd May 2019. So, we can expect it to be a little modern and well organised.Bigger aisles, 5 checkout counters for quick checkout and lots of product options are the highlights of this store. I love the way ALDI is going with product brands. I could see a lot of branded products along with typical ALDI ones.

Can u put more cashiers on b4 the queue is running 5+ customers with large shops? Currently reduced parking due to a renovation at tge gym

Would give - 5 if could. Store manager was incredibly abrupt and rude when i enquired if they had a particular item, the person on checkout number 3 was even ruder. He was incredibly impatient as i was loading items im not the fastest person.. staring at me in a disgusting way, and then when he told meThe price i said “im sorry i couldnt hear you” he then replied by shouting the price at me, and once i paid, slammed down the lid on the cash till. I am utterly disgusted at the service from this store, and will now be making a formal complaint with the district manager. Absolutely disgusting.

This is one of the worst Aldi stores I have been too. Yes they cater to a lot people here but the place is untidy and under staffed and they seem reluctant to open counters. The shelves were not fully stocked and it was untidy...the worst bit it that on the 3 occasions I have been there at 745pm 723pm and then at 705pm they kept playing the store is closing shortly...I asked them at 723pm y so early and they shrugged me off but the next time at 705 really was painful.

Went grocery shopping with my daughter who had a small canvas bag. Server was a middle aged white women who was rude and patronizing to us. She did not say any greeting to us and instead requested to see our bags first. I need to see the bag hon" Her attitude was very different to the white lady behind us

Typical Aldi, if you like them and you think the savings are worth the travel and effort then this one is just like many others. I won't be going back.

Every-time i go there, have to wait so long for billing they put very less staff in place seems like. Most of the time only one counter is available for check out…
