The French Shoppe

Beautiful shop but rude to customers. Such a pity.

Have visited numerous times and always come away with amazing gifts to share. However, today at 12:50pm I had the worst retail experience ever. The shop assistant was rude and made it clear that myself and my 2 children were unwelcome and asked us to take our money elsewhere. So we did... and will in the future. Very rude and unpleasant.

A beautiful treasure trove of French goods - a must visit when you're in Leura.

On following up to see where my shipping info was, Lana couldn’t understand why I would expect an order to be mailed the day after ordering & paying in full. They also advertised a product they don’t have in stock, with no warning to customers. Happy to take my money elsewhere.

This shop is truly a hidden gem in Leura housing a variety of both affordable and luxury , quality products. Particularly fragrance items.Peter was so kind to educate my wife and I about French perfume , specifically the rich history behind some of the products he keeps in store.It’s not everyday you find a shop owner who is at once both intimately familiar with his/her products , as well as so passionate and proud about selling them.As someone who really values quality and customer service , I was both very surprised and incredibly happy to have found both at The French Shoppe.If you’re into quality fragrance , I highly recommend spending time at this store talking to Peter about perfumes and trying them out. You simply won’t find such quality products nor this level of quality service elsewhere, including metro Sydney.Thanks for everything Peter, most certainly look forward to visiting and purchasing from you again :)

Lots of clothes but also some unique french themed gifts. Shop is in the small mall off the main street
