Penguin Podiatry NewportCONGRATULATIONS you have 100 % given the worst service ever today.My mother and I were new clients of yours today, we travelled over 30 minutes to get to your business.I am a pretty tolerant person.......but lady your attitude was shocking from the moment we walked in your door, I had to repeate things to you, you didn't listen and then telling me you can't hear me because i have a mask on, i said to you it has nothing to do with my mask, its your bloody tv blaring noise down on you....turn it down. Then you turn it down and throw the remote on the bench like a naughty little child, then when I said no need to be grumpy about it your the one who couldn't hear me, you then tried to defend yourself like a child would, saying I didn't do that, me saying, you did, don't lie.Lady, I have never not been heard with or with out a mask on, your childish behaviour of blaming me show me your intelligence level, THANK GOD MUM AND I WALKED OUT YOUR BUSINESS TODAY, AS WITH A ATTITUDE LIKE YOURS GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW OUR FEET WOULD HAVE ENDED UP.

On my first visit to Penguin Podiatry, Ashleigh was friendly, informative & empathetic for which I am grateful.Her diagnosis, explanations, advice & recommended treatment were clearly explained and demonstrated. Reference to a model of the foot & lower leg helped me understand my condition.Ashleigh took the time to write down a treatment plan for my condition which has provided a concise outline to follow.After my visit to Penguin Podiatry, I am happy that I chose PP from a long list of podiatrist locations.Thank you, Ashleigh

I had my first appointment at Penguin Podiatry today with Ashleigh, and it was really good! She is friendly, professional, & good at what she does. As she assisted me, she clearly explained what she was doing & why she was doing it, as well as answering questions I had. She gave me exercises to do at home, and explained how to take care of my injuries and possible further treatment options between appointments. She also gave me the equipment I needed to get started on those exercises & treatments before I left, and offered other things I could purchase in addition to help. Her attitude and service were amazing, and I felt very looked after and in safe hands. I’ll be seeing her again next week, and I can’t wait to keep improving on my overall foot health with her!I highly recommend her and Penguin Podiatry!

It has been a pleasure to attend Penguin Podiatry in Newport. There's such a friendly vibe from the minute you walk through the door. I have seen Ashleigh a few times now and she is so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She explains everything thoroughly, is sympathetic and is helpful in her ideas to manage my foot issue. Great appointment with Khush Balia. Very friendly, provided me with lots of information and explanation for my condition. Took the time to discuss a range or treatment options and commenced treatment immediately. Great experience. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely beautiful clinic and staff were so friendly, attentive and thorough. Painless and very reasonably priced. Best I've experienced. The baby animal recording on the waiting room tv was an added bonus!

Charged $80 for a 10min consult reading pathology report from X-ray. Nice enough podiatrist but very little value for money service offered here. Best just to visit your local GP and save the $$$

Thank you so much penguin podiatry the receptionist was fantastic and was very helpful about my dog being in the car after a visit to the vet, and then I meet with Ashleigh who was amazing. Ashleigh took time with me to explain what was going on with my feet and also put splint like strapping on my foot to get me through the working week with instructions for exercises and some great recommendations for better shoes…Thanks girls I look forward to see you all in my follow up visit…Kind regards Nicole
