Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious waiting room. Dr barely spoke, showed little interest, was in and out within a few minutes. Was easy enough to get an appointment. OK for quick medicine, not for regular family doctor. Just a number.

13 year patient, and could not get an emergency appointment with any doctor after a cat bite. Was not offered to see the nurse and was told it was not ED worthy, I could go on a cancellation list with 10 other people. 2 days later I ended up in emergency with surgery to my finger.. I nearly lost my finger because of this.

As I had an urgent need to obtain a script,Dr Ryan organised a phone consultation and subsequent script same day. Much appreciated.

Have had bad experiences waiting was even overlooked on one visit, after 3 patients had been called in before me…opted for a phone consult & still had a 50 minute wait.. didn’t leave me feeling like anyone cared except wanting payment for visit..

GP Axis Seaford is very well presented with friendly and helpful reception staff. The GP was great also and having on-site pathology and a chemist means you can have your needs attended to all in one visit. With Podiatry and Physio available this is a great all round clinic! The registration process was streamlined and thorough and I was made to feel very welcome.

I have been attending GP Axis since the late 90's when I had just moved to the area. It was in a different location at the time, next to the vet in Seaford (that has also moved).I have moved many times over the years, but no matter how far away I am, I will always travel to go to GP Axis.I have seen a few of the doctors over the many years. Some have been more personable then others. However, I have been seeing the same doctor for the last several years or so, and find her to be fantastic. Truly cares, keeps up to date with everything, makes you want to look after yourself. The reception staff have always been pleasant and welcoming.

I’ve been going to GP Axis for a while now. I see Dr Sanchez and she is amazing!! Highly recommend her, she’s very thorough, caring, holistic, and understanding.

Been going here for 7 years to get life saving medication to keep a reasonable quality of life. Had no issues with bulk billing due to health issues awaiting surgery. Had one appointment with a different doctor due to normal doctor reducing hours and they couldn't charge me quick enough, stating management discourage any bulk billing. In the past they've called several times a day and sent messages, all with in 2 hours of appointment chasing their claimed money, only to actually look its been bulk billed. Tried to explain that I can't help that I need the medication and that the normal doctor hasn't got any appointments for months, management couldn't care less. Shame on you for taking advantage of people needing healthcare for things they can't help, awaiting surgery. Can't believe what they have become.
