Bought my first ever new car from here. The whole process was great. Jake and the team were always super friendly and helpful. Only down fall was the aftermarket sales lady who came to sell the paint and interior care items. I had spec'ed the car and agreed on price. Car Sold. Then to have her come change the spec (you dont need this" etc.. I think to make money for her products) and sell these products was jarring for me. I only want to deal with one salesperson and one negotiation. However

Last 2 month I have been browsing cars and no one approached me since I was just in my normal uniform and I looked tired as I came out from work. 3 shops down then I thought why not keep my loyalty with Mazda since I never had issues with Mazda. So I called up my friend how’s Mazda in Ipswich and she told me everyone’s friendly there. Then last month, I purchased a beautiful Mazda 3 with a big help from Bernie. Bernie’s very friendly gives me a heap of advises that whatever suits my budget and definitely for safety. She very approachable and keeps that beautiful smile on her face. It’s definitely a million stars for her and for Mazda ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought Mazda 3 here. Three stars for friendly sales Riannon and shop manager to take care of me. Especially Riannon very patient and helpful for all the time while waiting for the car till arrived. But unpleasant experience here is very rude attitude of a male sales when I made a first enquiry call through website. Plus the staff who’s dealing with car insurance didn’t even ask me if I need additional coverage Options. So make sure you get all you need for cover. Or buy insurance directly from insurance company as price and excess fee will be much less.

We recently purchase our new Mazda CX30SP25 with vision technology through Jaysin Matthews at Ipswich Mazda. We have nothing but positives to say about Jaysin as a sales person & a decent human being. He was totally professional from the very first contact, right through the wait time with constant email updates. This has been THE most pleasant experience of buying a vehicle in our long history of purchasing vehicles for both our business and personal use. I accidentally came across MotorScout when I was researching purchasing our new vehicle. Knowing the market was very tight with long wait times with most manufacturers, I was inquiring to find available stock for the the make & model we liked. It was within 15minutes I had at least 3 quotes with the availability & quoted price for our new vehicle, and more followed Also when each particular dealership would expect delivery of the vehicle we required.We chose to go with Ipswich Mazda, the quote was a pleasant surprise to us, and you can compare the difference of other dealerships quotes, without having to speak to any of them or leaving home. Once we accepted the quote, we were contacted by Jaysin Matthews & the rest as they say is history. Our car arrived exactly when they promised - actually a little earlier, but with a few extras having to be done, our collection from this dealership was the exact day they had promised last November with only a negligible price increase.I would give 10 stars if I could, we are so happy with our new vehicle. This has been made such a pleasant experience by the dealership and MotorScout - also highly recommended with no cost to us. I have every expectation that our new car will serve us well for many years to come. Save yourself on the vehicle cost and the hassle looking for a new vehicle & go through a broker like MotorScout and they do all the hard work for you. Thank you Jaysin for your professional & personal approach during the entire process. We felt comfortable throughout the entire waiting time and for a dealer to keep their word is not heard of too often, but you managed to do that & more.

Ipswich Mazda could not of been more helpful. Matthew Crook went out of his way to help me with a broken engine mount. I was in Crows Nest Qld heading north when I found out what was wrong. I rang the local Mazda dealer, no help. I was told to ring the Ipswich dealer and Matt was straight onto it and booked me in within 2 days. Job was done in a very short time and I was able to continue my travels. So a big shout out to Matt and the technician who completed the work. Highly recommend Ipswich Mazda.

Looked at the CX5 at Mazda Bundamba.Thomas was the salesman that dealt with us. His professional demeanor was amazing, easy to talk too, not pushy, helpful & easygoing Although we didn't end up buying a Mazda this was only due to a different brand suited us better.If you are looking for a Mazda head to Bundamba & ask for Thomas he will make the whole process easier and a better experience for you.

I 100% recommend buying from this Mazda dealership.The sales manager Michael was fantastic. I had a bad experience at another Mazda dealership so contacted Mazda Ipswich. I spoke to Michael on the phone and he beat the price of the other dealership without any hassle. I bought my car over the phone because Michael made a great offer and was very respectful.Riannon the sales consultant went above and beyond to make the sale convenient for me. She stayed back late on a FRIDAY NIGHT at the dealership so I could pick up my new car - which is just above and beyond. She was in contact throughout updating me and did not pressure me to add things to my car, as soon as I said I wasn’t interested.Thanks to everyone at Mazda Ipswich for making it easy for me to get my new car!

Not interested in undertaking warranty work. Service advisor agreed premature wear on seat was a warranty issue and new seat was ordered from Japan, few days later received a call that Mazda Australia disagreed that it was a warranty issue, I expected Ipswich Mazda, the dealer I purchased the vehicle from brand new less than a year ago and have completed all my services at to act in my best interests and dispute this on my behalf, but was told here's the phone number for customer care go and talk to them yourself, I reported back to them that I had no luck with their customer care and they could not care less. Poor after sales service. I'd like them to look into this for me again but I do not like my chances.
