We have sliding doors which became very difficult to open. This happened after a leak in the roof just above the doors. The wood beam had apparently warped a little after the water. We had a builder look at them and he didn’t want to touch them. We tried another sliding door repair company who looked at the doors and said that they could not be fixed. After this we tried Windows Revival and Phil came out and did a fantastic job. He said we were lucky to have him come as a lot of people would walk away from the job. He was right as we had already experienced. He worked really hard and pulled the doors apart to repair them. It was a tricky job and he was very friendly as he worked to fix our problem. The doors now open with a single finger and the cost was very fair. I would have no hesitation in recommending Window Revival Sliding Door Repairs to anyone.

Extremely poor customer experience.Booked appointment for screen door repair at 7am and confirmed it the day before, the technician did not arrive on the day. Waited an hour before calling the office, did not get a response on the technician until 8:45am when they were still over half an hour away.No contact from the technician before or after, no apology from the office and have had to look elsewhere to get the job done.Poor service and poor communication, book somewhere else if you want good service.

Good quality and friendly trades person. Solved all the issues I had simply, with no fuss and good explanation. Came out next day. Cost was a bit more than I thought it would be but ultimately I would use them again and recommend them.

I was told it would be $88 to fix the rollers on my glass sliding door. When it was done he said that was $88 for the call out fee plus parts (I am OK with that). He said he would give a discount because they told me the wrong price on the phone and charged me $160. The rollers can be bought for around $30 at the most. I don't mind paying but around $60 or two rollers !!! I must admit the door is working well now.

I originally called another firm and quoted $650 to replace 2 rollers on my sliding door. I then called window revival and quoted $160/$180. I am very pleased with the service and the price. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

The installer did a great job but I was quoted $80 an hour to replace the screens using all the supplies I had already bought but was charged $160 for a 45min job. After querying the overcharge I was advised a new staff member had given the incorrect information as is $80 per screen not $80 per hour. As it was there mistake they honoured what I was quoted and they refunded the overcharged amount. If using this company make sure to double check if pricing is per hour or per item or get quote in writing.

Great team of two fixed our old heavy sliding doors (new tracks, new rollers). They had great communication, were kind, cautious, quiet, efficient and friendly. Only downside, maybe a bit pricey but it was well done. The door is a breeze to open now!

Needed a job done urgently so rang Window Revival and spoke to Chris. He was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. Rang me back after speaking to his technicians, as they could fit me in. Job done very professionally and very reasonable in price. I will definitely be using them again!!
