They keep harassing me for an account that doesn’t belong to me or belongs to a resident in Peakhurst. I call them several times telling them that it’s not my account and they keep persisting to call me and harass me for their overdue charges regarding the Peakhurst residence.

I walked in to the store today hoping to get some assistance with my billing arrangements. Instead I was confronted with the most obnoxious manager today “Jessica” mid conversation have dismissed my query and instead of attempting to help moved on to the next customer voicing “why? Cant I do things at the same time. I’m multitasking” if she so happens to be the team leader good luck to that team - rude, confrontational and dismissive. I hope you find console in other customers and god bless yah.

Very friendly team member Vanessa approached us and answered questions about transferring all of our internet and mobile services from Optus.Gave some good advice.Time to switch,may cost more, but Telstra has a much larger mobile network and superior NBN services.

Unbelievable! 26/02/23 The shop closes at 4pm, it was 3:45pm, 2 staffs inside with customers and 2 staffs at the door chating and stopping the customers because they were closing". Really? They have 15min to chat to each other

Worst retail experience i have ever had. Most unhelpful representative i have ever encountered in any retail setting. It felt as if they were trying to find reasons not to take my business. Needless to say, will be staying with my current provider, with pleasure.
