Steve responded to my enquiry almost immediately. He was friendly and courteous as he was during the visit. We arranged a time for the same day and he and colleague arrived despite pouring rain to look into my issue ( noise in roof space). The inspection was thorough inside and out. I was most reassured.Overall I was most impressed with the service from my first contact with ? Denise in Victoria who was also very friendly, helpful and courteous. I am very impressed with the response time and general professionalism of the organisation. It is rare in this day and age.Thank you so much.

Stephen was quick to respond to our call for help with the unwanted swarm of bees in our roof space. He waited to act on the issue out of care for the bees in hopes that they would leave on their own account and kept in contact with us over the weekend to know if they had. Unfortunately, he had to spray the swarm which was efficient, effective and affordable.

The men were extremely helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. They listened to our problem, set traps at the appropriate site, and came early the next morning to take the traps away and help close off the entry site. We would recommend them most highly.

Stephen arrives quickly, on time and is really efficient. He went the extra mile this morning, crawling through our roof cavity to find and remove a dead rat which would have been revolting if he had not done such a good job. We definitely reccomend his service.
