Excellent service! First knee replacement: I hired a chair that was difficult to adjust. Within hours a replacement was delivered and personally adjusted for me. Second knee replacement : a sock aid which was purchased after the first knee split. I made a phone call explaining the situation and within a day Tania had contacted the supplier who offered a replacement. Knowing my difficulty in picking it up ( relying on others to drive me. )arrangemeywere made for a pick up on the weekend of another sock aid even though the replacement hadn't arrived at Mont Albert. Thank you Able living for great service in a trying time.

Bought two identical suction grab rails from this store. Service and advice was good, however when opening the products at home I noticed that one of them was not in brand new condition. This not-new item I also discovered to be faulty and I suspect it had previously been returned but put back on the shelf. In any event the business seems to be systematically trying to avoid replacing or refunding me for the faulty item: firstly they tried to say their returns policy only allowed returns within 7 days of purchase; now they are saying that they are only an on-seller" of the product and can only send the item back to the manufacturer without refunding or replacing it directly."

I am only sorry they are only 5 stars available.Great help in sorting our requirements, these people pulled out all the stops and were so easy to deal with. They also shows a very considerate and caring approach as our transaction progressed. If more companies were like this the world would be a better place.Thank you so much.

I have recently purchased 2 walkers, a wheelchair and a couple of other items. Bushan ( not sure of the correct spelling) was extremely helpful on the two occasions I was in the store. There is a good range and delivery was arranged for 2 days later. Because of a couple of cafes in the area, after about 2.30 pm is a good time to visit this shop.

I found just what I needed and received very helpful advice from Staff, with the option to return item if it wasn't suitable. Thank you it worked perfectly.

Visited looking for equipment to help someone with a fractured pelvis. Piri was brilliant, had great knowledge of products and suggested items we hadn’t considered. So happy with everything we bought great quality but more importantly ... eased discomfort and suffering of patient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Able Living staff provides poor customer service to its customers. When I purchased my product from them, I asked the Able Living staff to put my order to the NDIS as a invoice not as a quote, and they put it as a quote which delayed my order. I found the customer service staff at Able Living rude, unhelpful,unprofessional and there is no excuse for this type of behaviour from Able Living staff to a disabled person who needed their assistance.I would not recommend this service.

Pirie(?) provided me with options for a product I called about on Weds. The lady who assisted me on Thursday was extremely helpful and kind. Great service, thankyou.
