Tiles Expo

We are currently building and one of the most challenging parts of the build is… tiles and wall tiles, believe it or not! I have been dreading the day I had to go and shop for tiles… and finding the right advise is challenging.We went to a few people for advise and guidance but did not really get what we were looking for. At one consultation the lady dropped the name of Tiles Expo during the conversation.We decided we have nothing to lose to visit them. Surrounded by a lot of other tile companies, we are extremely glad that we made the effort and visited them.They have a huge range of tiles. We met Gaye Farthing while we browsed the huge selection of tiles. Offered us coffee and was friendly…Starting with our new tile selections she printed out our plans and spend the next 3 hours assisting us in selecting and matching tiles to our layout. Down to the grout color. What we appreciated was she actually listened and gave good advise. She took the time to get a good brief of what we were looking for. We showed her some of our ideas and she then helped us select some amazing tiles. Picked up an error or two on the plans we need to discuss with the builder. Not major but annoying enough (people that are building know what I mean!)So, I highly recommend you visit Tile Expo for some advise and a one stop solution.100% recommend. Thank you Gaye!#tilesexpo

Interesting showroom. We did not have a great experience with staff tho. Our big Reno has gone elsewhere. It was a shame as they were highly recommended. Maybe a bad day for them...

We had been looking at tiles for a couple of months before visiting the tile boutique. They have biggest range of quality tiles with multiple displays on show. The team where so friendly and helpful showing us a range of options and offering us free samples to take home. We purchased our order through Gaye and Kate who where both brilliant.100% recommend

Went there to select my bathroom tiles. Paid $500 deposit to book the ones I liked. I was told that they will get back to me, once they measure how many sqm I will require to purchase. After about 2 weeks I received an email saying that they don't have enough stock of the tiles I selected and will require to either choose another one or mix a different tile for bathroom floor. I was not willing to do that and requested for a refund. I was told that they will be charging 20% of the deposit for their services. It was ridiculous of them to charge me $100 for something that was out of my control. Not having enough stock was not my fault and I shouldn't have been charged. The sales lady was absolutely amazing, but the manager was rude and did not resolve the issue. At the end I lost $100 for nothing. Will never go back there.

Highly recommend this place if you are not very good at visualising what your finished tile choice will look like, best tile display in Perth. We dealt with Luciana and showed her photos of where we wanted the tiles, she was really good at making recommendations and providing honest feedback with regards to what wouldnt work in our space. I think she saved us from making a bad tile choice!! Fabulous!! <3

Luciana is the best person to work with on any project at Tiles Expo. She is very professional and went above and beyond to help myself and my wife with our tile selections. Her experience and knowledge in the industry was obvious from our very first interaction and her styling tips is something we truly appreciate - was much better than the interior designer our builders allocated to us.Thank you so much for helping us the way you did

Absolutely disgusting. Shop elsewhere!!!The Sales staff are lovely and so helpful, but the management and care factor once they have your money is beyond a joke. They do not help when things go wrong- particularly when it’s their fault. We ordered our tiles almost 12 months in advance, and nearly everything was wrong. We had to go back 5 times.... not enough tiles twice, wrong grout supplied, not enough grout supplied, and then to top it off they claim to have supplied 2x Kerlite Tiles- when in reality they only sent one. They blamed us for the missing piece and we had to buy another one. They are extremely expensive- and Tiles Expo took zero responsibility. Disgusted with them and can’t suggest you avoid them enough!!!! Stay Away!!!

Beautiful showroom and helpful floor staff. Lovely quality tiles. I bought the 600 x 600 super white satin matt for my walls. My tiler commented they were some of the nicest tiles he had worked up. Small heads up - they are a slightly grey shade of white which is quite noticeable against white basin, toilet and vanity top. Doesn't detract, but not quite the look we were expecting. When I reported it to the Store as a courtesy, the showroom manager Adrian could not have been less interested and told me mine was just one voice that would have no impact. He was patronising and dismissive. For that reason alone I have posted this review, just to let you know that if it matters to you to have white-not-pale-grey tiles - just check against your fittings before you plaster them on!

Working with the help of Gaye at the showroom was a fantastic, fun experience. She is energetic, trendy and attentive to all clients’ needs, offering tea or coffee and quickly assisting with brilliant tasteful suggestions. With the help of Gaye’s skills in interior design and decorating we found exactly what suited the theme of my home design. I really enjoyed creating with you, thanks Gaye!Tiles expo has a stunning range of tiles and demo arrangements. It is a pleasure strolling through the showroom and experiencing so many tasteful themes that can be brought into the home. Excellent quality designs and service.

I cannot rate the service I had from Tiles Expo too highly. We needed was a box of a particular tile that local places could not obtain for us. Shae identified the tile, sent me a photo to confirm it and then organised to have it freighted to Tiles Plus in Bunbury ( close to where we live) Wonderful service! Thank you.
