Very clearly, they have way too much money already as they didn't want my business. I walked in, looked around for a few minutes, but nobody bothered to come out and ask me if they could help me.A guy that appeared to be working on a bike out back, could see me the whole time and was busily chatting away to someone out of site. Surely, after looking at me several times either a) ask if I needed help or b) tell the other guy I'm there so he can help me.I spent my money elsewhere. Won't bother going back again for anything, nor would I suggest others do.

A Big Shout out to Paul and the boys at Retro……. We are doing a lap of Oz and booked our 3 bikes in for service and check over. Fantastic service and advice ………even washed all the bugs and dirt of the bikes!!!! Thanks heaps guys Pete

Great workshop, awesome mechanics, good price, friendly, reliable, merchandise that is good quality, what's not too like. I will definitely use this workshop again. Thanks for an awesome experience and getting my bike running how it should.

Really wish it had gone better to be honest. Dropped off a bike with an ignition issue, a month later picked up my bike with the same issue and a bill for $600. Got told it was not worth it for them to keep looking for the problem.

Disappointed to say the least. Dropped my bike off in March 21 for a tidy up and to get running for licensing. Was advised 6 weeks, as I wasn’t in a hurry, 9 months later I gave up and picked it up. Not running now, wiring a mess and essentially worse condition than when I dropped it off. Simple job we thought $2k for the experience, wouldn’t recommend them.

These guys are very good at their craft. Unfortunately some things are very expensive and not really specialised, like tyre fitting. They should ring Tyres for Bikes in vic park and get a grip on the competition prices...
