Great view of the surrounding area, rooms are nice and big with decent showers and amenities. The fold out beds though do need a little love.

Fantastic views of beach and river. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Staff very friendly and obliging. Bed comfortable. Cannot fault at all and would highly recommend. Will be back. Thank you.

Grandview Apartments
Very much enjoyed our time at Grandview Apartments. I booked directly with them and because of this got they offered a discount and when we arrived they had also upgraded us to their penthouse apartment with amazing views. The apartment had all we needed for our time there. It was comfortable, roomy and had a good A/C. My friend and I will be heading back there next year for our little wife/mother break and recharge time. Give it a go. It's great!

Grandview Apartments
Paid more than $200 per night. When I booked I asked for a room with a Queen bed and spa bath. The lady assured me that I will have that. First night we had a beautiful apartment (4) without a bath. They moved us the next day to nr 3 with a bath. The bed was smaller than a double bed and the apartment was sooooo dated. Not 2 plates or cups looked the same. Value was 140 per night at the most!!!

Pure luxury.. great price and our hosts, lovely even with out late booking and late arrival.. The Grandview, half an hour drive from Byron, which at the time was in peak no accommodation left. A family gathering for a wedding.. We hired a car and the Grandview was just a Smooth,Peaceful, Pleasure to end our busy days at..

Grandview Apartments
As a family of six, we stayed in the penthouse apartment & thoroughly enjoyed it. Accommodation was clean & spacious with everything you could need. Great views. Staff were very friendly & efficient.Our only suggestion is that the pool really needs a hand rail to get in as the steps are quite narrow and steep. Also, the penthouse could do with another armchair as the couches really don't fit 6 people.

Grandview Apartments
The apartment (701 ocean tower) myself and my family stayed in was breathtaking from the moment we walked in. Ocean views as far as the eye could see then found not one, three belconys with views from the ocean right around the lighthouse, straight up the Richmond River overlooking East Ballina. Oh yeah and the spacious three bedroom apartment was. This is definitely the reason why our family chooses Grandview Apartments every time we travel to Ballina.

Lovely Apartment, but please do not stay here if you are in a wheelchair. The manager stated that the apartment and complex were wheelchair accessible, but there is quite a big step to get into the apartment. There is also a step to get to the pool area and into reception. Luckily we travel with a portable ramp otherwise my son would not have been able to get into the apartment in his chair

Grandview Apartments
This apartment (404) is beautiful, clean and nicely furnished and extremely good value. Great to have a proper kitchen to eat in but lots of restaurants nearby. Very well positioned to visit the area. You literally can see lots of whales from the lounge and balcony. Stunning views of the coast on one side and views up the river the other.The pool and heated spa are lovely.
