As always, a company that tells you how good they are, and is nowhere near what TheySaid..... In fact, nothing that they said at all. I rang them to enquire about my sky rocketing bill, and was told that I would be better off going to another energy supplier?Ffs, I only signed-up no more than 6 months ago .My advice......DO NOT go anywhere near this business.

Just had two of their salesmen knock on my door and feed me lies about the government running a special, no cost program due to rising electricity prices for households with existing solar. I've worked in the solar industry for 11 years and can't stand the thought of all the potential customers this company is telling lies to, it's not good for anyone. Solar is a good investment and you don't need to lie to sell it, you also don't need to hide costs behind finance plans to make a profit. Lift your game Smart Energy.

We had a very informative talk with Jonathan Burgess who outlined what we could expect with new solar panels.The current ones had stopped working, and he showed us the benefits of new ones, what to expect, how much it would cost, and how we would save with them. He answered all our questions.We decided to go with the German made ones. The installation team were very professional, and arranged the panels to catch the best of the sun, even when cloudy, and we note there is a definite feedback to the grid. An app to our smartphone enables us to monitor all the time. Peace of mind.

I had a great experience dealing with them. The sales rep Preston was super helpful and knowledgeable when helping me. He helped me out through the entire process plus the installation was quick and stress-free. Go solar!!

Had a lovely time with Bradley Quinn been extremely helpful with his knowledge and information, checked up on system to see how its going my bill has definitely dropped alot! Hopefully to catch up again in the future for another lovely chat

Excellent sales team and fast to organise installation. Installation was done quickly and to our liking. We had a few teething problems with the first connection but someone came by and fixed the problem quickly. We did have some issues over the phone trying to establish whether we were selling back to the grid and we'd get different answers however we finally spoke to someone who was able to answer us clearly and knowledgeable.

Rob Ford was polite, helpful and fully explained the process and likely benefits. There were no problems with installation. The workers were very efficient and communicated well with me. Customer service was excellent in every respect. The company made follow up calls to check we were happy with how things were going. Bill sizes have been very low after installation.It's been two years now and Rob had a follow up visit to monitor the system. He sorted out a problem I was having with the iSolar app. I can fully recommend Smart Energy for their great service.

Not sure what to say about this supplier, we moved into a premise (small acreage) with a 10kw inverter and fair amount of panels 12 months ago. It is a few years old and installed by this company. There is a Solar Analytics module installed which I signed up for to get a good idea on the monitoring. Noticed it would only ever peak at 6.5kw in full sun/no shade. Contacted this company and their expert said this was working well.Have owned other, smaller systems in the past and they would regularly hit the inverter max output in good weather. So not sold it is working perfectly, company advised to check again in Summer. I did and no difference in the output. I check this daily and it never exceeds that output, several more emails/calls with no response and it seems like the company is not responding after some months. Surely they can send someone out to inspect the system as it would have cost a fair amount of money when put in and has good monitoring to support my case.Have ended up lodging a Consumer Affairs complaint to help get some traction, poor after sales service thus far. Would not recommend. Will report back if anything changes.

Bradley Quinn the sales representative has been most helpful with our solar and battery installation when it comes to understanding everything and the aftercare he has provided, also a great company too deal with highly recommend these guys!

We were very impressed with the customer experience provided by the team at Smart Energy Group, from initial contact, sales (big thank you to Dean) install of the system and the changeover of our meter. The team ensured we were informed and comfortable with the process the entire journey, and continued to follow up post installation. Any questions were promptly responded to. We are certainly satisfied we chose the right group to partner with for our Solar and are now enjoying the financial benefits of our investment.
