Eric from Office Works Waurn Ponds was an amazing help when purchasing a new printer last week. I had no idea what sort I needed and Eric was so very helpful and friendly with his assistance. Well done and thank you Eric. Very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely impeccable service. Had an important print job I entrusted in Officeworks Geelong and they failed me multiple times over the span of a week and a half. I transferred the job to Officeworks Waurn Ponds and was met with an abundance of care and concern for my job and it was done in 3 hours.Will absolutely continue to shop at this wonderful Officeworks and recommend the store to friends.

Three trips to print labels on the template they emailed me. The templates are incorrect and I’m expected to adjust it and make it fit without having any knowledge of whether it will work until I line up each time and request a print job and then look at the product. Not very convenient despite being told the templates were really easy to use.To top it off after the 5th time I had to line up and check my own work (instead of someone maybe assisting me on their computer to save time) I was told they have turned the printers off.Not helpful, not convenient, exactly the opposite.

I went today to Waurn Ponds Officeworks to print 13 double sided pages for a calendar. I spent into the shop more than one hour because the young lady that serve me didn’t know how to print these pages. I’m pregnant and it was very hot. I understood that it was difficult for her especially after two prints went wrong and I patiently waited to my order to be done. She finally gave me my pages and went into the car when I realised they were wrong again. I went back in and I asked for explanation ( I paid 78$ for the order) and the older sweet lady took care of me and finally print the order right. I felt sorry for the young lady, she was embarrassed and I can understand it, but she didn’t even look at me, I didn’t even received a sorry for the multiple mistakes. I understand if the lady just started working there, but if my request wasn’t easy for her to do she could ask for help, she could ask some else to do the order or just send me away and come back to pick it up. It wasn’t right that I had to wait there standing for 1 hour and 20 without even say ‘sorry’ for the mistake. One star for customer service.

Not satisfied for the service. This is my first time using the machine. It’s quite confused to me. I tried to ask the staff front the cashier but he seem not to be friendly and doesn’t have customers service. He didn’t try to assist me just leave me alone and help myself but the lady was good. She saw I couldn’t do it then she came and help me.

I came into this Officeworks without out a receipt and a printer that wasn't working. I have used both the Waurn Ponds and Geelong Officeworks in the past, depending on convenience. So after going through bank receipts and serial numbers it was determined I purchased the printer from the Geelong branch, which took a fair degree of internal knowledge and ability from Loff. It turns out it was no longer under warranty but Loff again went above and beyond and got my printer up and running again.So I now have one Officeworks that my business will use and that is 100% the result of exceptional customer service from Loff. Seriously impressive.

A Huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff, particularly Maree and Tahlia. We had an urgent job , they helped fix some design errors and printed on the spot for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous Experience.

Super impressed with the customer service of these guys. Ordered some click and collected items and got the notification back within 10 minutes they were ready to pick up! The lovely Elisha on the till was very bright and positive, something a lot of young workers lack nowadays, and Brodie was so helpful in helping pack my stuff to the car. Thanks Officeworks Waurn Ponds will definitely be coming back here in future.

We came in today with a tricky printing issue and were served by Ekala. Ekala was amazing and so helpful as we had to trial and error names onto our wedding menus which weren’t a standard size. Ekala went above and beyond to help us and provided us with the best customer service experience we have ever had. Ekala is the epitome of who you want working for you. Thank you Ekala.
