I've attended Jodie's yoga classes for over 10 years and I love them. Jodie has options in each pose for all levels from beginner to advanced and it's easy to adapt for whatever you are feeling on the day. Jodie also includes poses to accommodate individual's requests which are invaluable if you have something in particular that you need to work on. Love Jodie's classes and would recommend to anyone.

I started doing yoga with Jodie when I was pregnant and that helped me a lot feeling amazing and flexible. After delivery I needed to go back for some alone relaxing time and meditation! Jodie's calmness and great soothing tone helps relax and I feel incredible after every class! No money is worth the feeling I have after yoga! ❤️

Zoom classes available, its great to be able to do yoga at home with an experienced teacher. The yoga poses etc are adapted to suit the abilities of all participants. Jodie has a friendly relaxed approach that will put you at ease. I have been going to Jodie classes for many years now and find her approach knowledgeable, professional and holistic.

There is no better place to go for an in-depth sense of well-being.Jodie is not only a knowledgeable and patient teacher, she is also a pleasant and a happy person to be around. I have managed to build up my strength and stamina in attending her classes on a regular basis since 2016 (at least 3 times weekly). My health has improved, I am also happier and feel peaceful and in harmony with myself.I cannot recommend Kevala Yoga enough. Namaste 

After living in the Byron/Ballina area for 18 years and practicing yoga twice/week, I moved to the Gold Coast in 2018. I was suffering severe Anxiety at the time. So, I was lucky to find Kevala Yoga classes nearby. Initially, I did yoga with Jodie at a local community centre. Then, in 2020 when COVID appeared, I swapped to live/online classes. I find it more convenient to do the classes in the comfort of my own home. It also saves travel time and petrol costs.I usually do online classes 2-3 times/week. So, I find the 6-month unlimited yoga pass is great value!Jodie has a lovely, calm and encouraging manner. She makes everyone feel welcome and allows students to work at their own level. Kevala Yoga has enabled me to overcome my anxiety and increase my overall wellbeing. I highly recommend Jodie as a yoga teacher.

I started doing Jodie's classes 14 years ago on the Gold Coast and since moving to Tasmania I have been able to keep doing the live classes via Zoom. I am able to do classes almost daily in the comfort of my own living room using my own equipment.I have gained strength and flexibility thanks to Jodie's classes. She is very experienced and caters for different skill levels and takes requests and feedback from her students.Thanks Jodie!!

I can highly recommend Jodie’s palates classes from personal experience. I did a rotator cuff injury in 2016 that left me in agony and un able to work or do the things that I enjoyed most in life like gardening. My rotator cuff injury then developed into frozen socket, tendonitis and arthritis. After years of medical procedures, pain killers and a inflammatory medications I am finally pain and drug free! I feel stronger and better than I have in years! It’s not easy but you can do it! Give it a try you won’t regret it!!!
