Aidacare - Mobility & Healthcare Equipment

I recently dealt with Mikael to purchase a battery charger for a mobility. He was especially helpful, ensured I understood the instructions and even took it out to my Dad's car when he pulled up to save him walking. I couldn't recommend this young man and the store highly enough. Service is something I though had disappeared but not at this store. Thank you so much Mikael.

Not sure exactly who my partner dealt with, but she went in looking for something to help me pull my boots on with. Nothing appealed to her, so the guy went out the back and made a bit puller for her. Works great.There should be more people like this guy, that puts customers first.Thank you

The store itself is ok, but the staff leave alot to be desired...they say they will call you with answers but they don't....my biggest issue is I bought an item online and after 3 weeks still hadn't arrived, so I found the same item from a different store just 10 klms away...so it pays to shop around..

I should have wrote this 2 months ago, I delt with Mikail , who was very helpful and all up good guy. As this company Ningi office did not have what I was after I needed to do the hire through Brisbane office, I was assured that the scooter I hired on the Monday would be there on the Thursday, that I would pick it up on the way to the venue I was going to. It wasn't, I was very upset because it meant I could not attend. Mikail was so helpful and tried his hardest to get through to Brisbane office time and time again. Eventually he did and the paperwork was still sitting on their desk in Brisbane. So Mikail offered me a new one to hire which was such a release. BUT he got hauled over the coals for doing that!!. He did the right thing!! Brisbane office didn't. I would go back to Ningi as long as Mikail was there.

Shop was ok but didn't get a lot of help.

Excellent experience. Called last week and talked to Kevin about the availability of a walker . Came in store today and Kevin was kind enough to introduce and compare the walker with the other ones that with similar features but lighter weight . Making the trial process very simply and easy.Recommended if you are an allied health member and seeking advice .

Fantastic place, I bought my Mum a one touch jar opener and a tin ring pull opener, both items are now a great help for Mum and she previously was unable to open jars and was really struggling with tins. The 2 chaps there were very friendly and it was a very positive experience, great stuff and thank you.
