Beautiful affordable boutique in the heart of Earlwood. Helen is a lovely genuine soul who goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service and honest advice with choosing a new outfit. The items for sale range from formal gowns to jeans and play suits. There are a few clothing stores in the main strip and it will no doubt be competitive in this current climate however Artemys has something for everyone along with a amazing owner ☺️

Terrible customer service. Copies of designer dresses which are poorly constructed and ill fitting. Told I could rerun a dress and then when I went to return it 8 days later as I work full time was told it’s a 7 day return policy and they won’t accept it for an over $400 dress. Very poor.

My 14 yo niece went into the store on Friday (yesterday), she tried a dress on and when she paid for it notices the dress was ripped and dirty. She asked for a refund and Hellen denied it. The dress can’t even be dry cleaned. It appears to have been worn. It’s discussing. Be careful this girl has no heart or conscience. Wish I could post pics with this review so you can see.
