Def do not use this company. He advertises 3 men and a truck well it was actually two lovely young men and MR T who did nothing but stand around and have a go at the boys I felt very sorry for them he actually spoke to them like they were dogs. This guy is a cowboy and quoted us $800 then charged $1300 cash only then he did nt want to give a receipt but hubby insisted. Never again will we use or recommend this company. Only gave 1 star but would give negative 20 if I could. Also some of my furniture was damaged. I wish I had of read these reviews before wasting our money.

Moved all of our stuff ok, nothing was damaged but not particularly professional and phone manner not great. Quoted one price and then over charged at the end and told us we needed cash but never advised prior. Accepted transfer in the end. Made 2 trips but could have packed better and done in 1. Quoted for 3 men but only 2 did the work.

Found Mr T very helpful ,friendly did a brilliant job,arrived on time,no furniture was damaged,good price,2 guys with him also helped me with suitcases.

Avoid at all costs, they will overcharge, they will damage your property, they will lose your items! Very unprofessional Mr T stands around on his phone while he's overcharging you, and he can't even afford deodorant for him and the teamwhile he's making '$750 a day' AVOID

I only gave one star because there was no option to give ZERO. Damaged furniture. Damaged walls etc. Overcharged. Demanded cash: I guess he's trying to deceive the ATO. Vile and disgusting manner. Rude and obnoxious. I had to go to court to claim for the damages. Was successful in obtaining a judgement against this dishonest rogue. Steer clear!

I can't recommend Mr T Removals highly enough! Such a lovely bunch of guys who assisted me with a move at late notice. Hard working, very friendly and super efficient. I will definitely be using them again for future moves! Thank you so very much Terry and the boys!!

Mr T removals rude to me and very rude to his own staff. Sat in the truck while I worked really hard with his staff to get the move done. Quoted one price at an hourly rate then when the job finished asked if I had the cash and when I said I was paying by credit card the price doubled no invoice no receipt no explanation how he worked this out it certainly wasn't the hours spent times the hourly rate even taking into account travel time.Very disappointing that he takes advantage of people when their moving which is stressful enough I would not recommend him to anyone.

BAD BAD BADGiving one star because there is no 0 stars. Arrogant and rude doesnt quote properly by NOT viewing. Just quotes and says it will be ok and charges more. Takes advantage of elderly customer who feels very intimidated. Would never recommend.

Used Terry a couple of times to pick stuff up as he was supposedly a mate. He damaged our couch that he said he could lift to the 5th floor, but couldn't, and still wanted more money. Got him to pick up another couch later on and agreed on a price then carried on till I gave him another $50.For those using his 'storage' service, be warned, he stores it in his apartment complex open car space which is open to all in the complex, including visitors.Heed others reviews and steer clear

My friend was almost run over by this guy on his bike. Even worse, he said he didn't care about bike riders. Don't give him your business so he will be on the road less and has a lower chance of killing someone.
