Nirvana Beauty Laser Clinics

Avoid Nirvana Beauty like the PlagueWorst experience of my life,Burwood Store lasered on top of my beauty spot above my lip after providing them with very specific instructions to be extra cautious of the spot.Within 24 hours my beauty spot fell off. Head office were absolutely useless in solving the problem they asked me for photos after photos and then decided that wasn’t good enough and wanted me to go into a store. I personally didn’t feel comfortable going back into the store and months later they have now told me I only have $25 on my account. I have requested to speak to a manger on many occasions and I have received many different excuses as to why a manager cannot speak to me. Rather than receiving an apology I was email back with a statement I had signed at my initial consultation however nowhere on the statement does it say I agreed to anyone lasering onto of any beauty spots. Worst company too ever deal with. Not only have I been left traumatized they couldn’t even offer me a refund nor an apology.

I was a customer of Nirvana Baulkham Hills. Branch closed without notice. It took 6 months to get in touch with head office. Extremely unhelpful people. They are only giving credit for sessions purchased on sale and not honouring sessions. Absolutely irresponsible business. Quality of laser is so bad that even after 9 sittings, hardly seen any reduction. Total waste of money. Please dont be duped. Well more than 20 emails, your system eats up the credit , you and your team just shirk your shoulders, I have credit card statements to prove I paid for the services , you close down the baulkham hills branch without any notice and you never pick up the phone and call back to resolve the issue ... the worst service I have ever come across in my life .. pick up the phone and call me and resolve my issue. That’s the least you can do after 7 months of me chasing your through emails.

Total waste of money and time. Avoid Nirvana at all costs. I just had my last laser treatment 2 days ago. They tried to entice me to sign up for more treatments with 50% off. But no way! The Burwood manager (Emily) is rude, abrupt and lacks common courtesy and customer service manners. All my treatments have been patchy and staff used different laser settings every single time which made treatments ineffective. They ALWAYS rush and skip spots which adds to the discomfort. They even lasered areas where hair is very fine which stimulated unwanted hair growth. All in all it was rushed, painful, patchy, rude and unqualified. They don't know what they're doing. 0/5

Don’t trust them they are unethical - they booked in for 10 treatments for back n shoulders (because that is what would be needed). I was told this would include shaving however they then charge 10 extra time you go there.On my second treatment I was told that I needed to buy creams to reduce ingrown hairs from the laser treatment (45 worth and I just agreed, I trusted this as I couldn’t see) then family (one is a beauty therapist) confirmed there are none and this was not needed!!!Then yesterday on my third treatment, they inform there is no hair to shave (after 4 weeks) but they need continue treatments. Also, when I asked for how much to cover to the top of the collar bone and side of my torso I was told that would be an extra $55 per visit plus the $10 shave...Feeling very ripped off and stupid for trusting the staff (which is different every visit).

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this clinic.Staff told me i still have 1 more treatment and did it without confirming, charged me later because of her fault.This is the second time they are charging me for their mistake.So true that they just don't care about customers and always find reason to make money.Thought of buying another treatment from nirvana but no way i'm going back! NOT recommended. Poor customer service. ZERO star!

First few sessions was good and even the staffs were friendly. I bought few sessions in the beginning and they promised me to give same price if i continue coming next time as well. But when i went today and wanted to buy some more, the lady there was rude and told me she could not give me the same price even after explaining what i was told earlier. Its not just about money but at-least they should not lie. I went back very disappointed. Wouldnot recomend it to anyone else

Really great experience at the beauty salon! I went in for Lip Fillers, the experience was pain free and not rushed, Sunny took her time to make sure what I wanted was perfect and didn’t rush one bit. She took me through all the information I needed and explained any questions I had. Very satisfied and will be returning.The only thing I would say is their website isn’t updated or correct so best to pay after your appointment or over the phone rather than online.

I’ve been going here to get laser for the past 5-6 months after my sister recommended them to me. the actual laser is good but Wow. My last 3 times have been such a bad time. They ruined my sisters Xmas present for me just before Christmas. We forgave them honest mistake what ever. A month ago my sister and I went to get our normal sessions and took our Mum in for her first treatment as a treat while she was over. They undercharged her $10.95. They had a lot of time to realise because I wanted to pay for Mum on my card but it was under the minimum. My mum had cash so she ended up paying.... half an hour later when we had well and truely gone they had the nerve to call her and ask her to come back. We didn’t have time and then they asked her to pay over the phone. My mum isn’t going to give her card details out over the phone! Then they told her that one of us could pay next time we come in?? I just went in there to get my last prepaid session and once I was done I went to the counter to prepay more sessions and then was told I had to pay the difference that they undercharged my Mum. I told them that was ridiculous that they’ve told someone to get their daughters to pay next time they are in but went to pay it. Then they went to charge me the wrong amount AGAIN, the girl said don’t worry about it because she didn’t want to charge me the wrong amount. I just got a call from who I’m guessing in the manager having a go at me and then “threatening” to call my Mum. I told her to go for it. I hope the $10.95 you are hasselling is about after your own error is worth the $150ish I was about to spend when I went to the counter. I won’t be back

Manager of burwood nirvana is unprofessional and rude. Asian lady (forgot her name) basically the business was great before she became manager. Me and my friends will not be coming back, you just lost a bunch of customers. Please fix your attitude.

I had a great experience at Nirvana Beauty, lovely lady Yoshi looked after me and I am 100% satisfied with the customer service, treatment and its result.She was very professional, friendly and skillful, answered all my questions I had.I have already recommended to friends and colleagues. I will definitely go back.
