Dr Janine is just so amazing. Definitely saved our horse after she ripped a massive hole in her rump. Came out quickly and sewed her up in no time. Thank you is just not enough. We just can't thank her enough and will be forever grateful to her and her magic buttons and sewing skills.

100% recommend Janine. We called urgently on a Saturday for our 31 year old pony with colic. She treated her like her own and came straight back when it was time to say goodbye even when she was tied down to another client. Our pony apple was pain free quickly due to Janine’s fast response and professionalism. I know apple is very thankful for you.

The 'usual staff' are great + the receptionist's helpful/knowledgeable! My previous dealing with Monica unfortunately overshadowed the other team member's goodness; her abrasive pushy manner dampened my usually very positive interactions.VERY happy to hear Monica no longer works there!..star rating's now five ⭐️s

The vet showed up promptly however they did not inform my friend of any of the after hours or on site attendance costs, when asking for payment on the spot they advised they don't hold accounts or do payment plans.After some persuading they were able to make an arrangement however she and her fiance were then harassed with phone calls multiple times in one day while they were working and then sent an email demanding payment in full despite 1. a large deposit already paid that fortnight (they had asked for the original, full amount) and 2. an already agreed upon instalment plan in place.It then turned out that the office does do both Zippay and Vetpay, which for unknown reasons was denied as being an option by the vet.The experience overall felt unprofessional and unsympathetic for customers experiencing an urgent situation, although it should be noted that the receptionist at the clinic was lovely to speak to.

Dealt with Sue-Ellen and Sheridan booking in my pre-purchase check. They were amazing and super helpful.Unfortunately the actual check that was meant to be done by Monika was a complete disaster. Her manner was unpleasant over the phone. The forms that needed filling out (that I had already sent via email) were more important than the check. Monika couldn’t do the check as she claimed the horse was “un-handled and wild”. I’m glad we didn’t listen to Monika and got a second opinion. The horse just arrived to us in Sydney. Calm and super affectionate from the moment he arrived. I have my doubts about Monika’s horse handling skills.
