I have recently purchased my beautiful Velo De Ville bike through Nathan at Melbourne Electric Bicycles. As I live in QLD and could not visit the store Nathan was extremely helpful, patient and full of knowledge and managed to answer all my questions over the4 phone to work out which bike would suit me best. I have just taken my new Velo on a long ride through all sorts of terrain and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Nathan for working out the exact size I needed, the type of bike that would suit me best and of course your amazing customer service. One extremely happy customer so much now that my husband has just placed his order.

The bike was then prepped & Nathan provided a thorough run thru on all aspects before loading it on our bike carrier. Thank you Nathan it was worth the 300 plus kilometres we had driven to test ride & purchase a Kalkhoff E bike we are delighted with.

The team patiently answered my many questions over several phone calls, emails and a visit, and assisted me to select the accessories needed for my bike. They were honest, didnt try to unnecessarily upsell anything to me and the bike was ready super quick. They patiently explained all the functions of the bike before I left with it. Not the largest shop but it packs a punch with service, knowledge and range. If you’re new to the idea of an E-Bike stay here and you’ll have a fabulous experience. High standard and quality comes to mind when I think of the Shop and worth every penny. I could get my bike serviced closer but I know the importance of having the right people surrounding you.
