Worst customer experience ever.call centre is in the Phillipines so they have no idea what I’m talking about.The driver was very nice but I had no communication with the driver up until 5 minutes before the pickup.I would highly recommend using a different company. Because this one has zero communication skills

Had a arranged transport - Completed both Interstate and the team was fast and reliable! A+ - I Would use to transport any car with them.

Recommend in not using this service. Could not find where to write review for company as a whole so delivery location will do. 2 weeks behind in delivery date and no explanation why. Bike delivered in a repairable write off condition worth 4k in repairs and parts, no accountability and the team were not willing to communicate. We were not contacted about damages until delivery driver shared his concern. We had sent mutiple pictures of bike just days prior to pick up and they denied it all. They did share the pick up documents noting" damages but it's really easy to screenshot and electronicically red pen the form. So I personally don't trust them. Three different stories on what occurred to the bike. Pick up team were unprofessional and not trained as they needed assistance in loading the bike from two strangers doing maintenance on the neighbours garden. This debate has been going on since Nov"

Handlers have literally crashed my car in transit from Brisbane and refuse to cover the damage. The claims agent here in Melbourne sent me an email from his phone, on the spot, saying the case has been reviewed and rejected and was closed. While I was standing there. Disgraceful and now I need to take out an insurance claim to replace my front end.

We have moved our cars interstate five times in the past seven years. Went with CEVA from day one. They have proven themselves to be an excellent, well organised, efficient and helpful company. Anytime we wanted to know a little more beyond their awesome vehicle tracking service, we’d call up and talk to a consultant who would clearly and professionally answer our queries. We went from Brisbane-Darwin and back then Brisbane to Perth and back with one single transport in between from Darwin-BNE. Our vehicles arrived on time, intact and relatively clean. We highly recommend CEVA for all your car-transportation needs. They do deliver in more ways than one. Well done, CEVA. And thank you for taking care of our vehicles.

Disgusted by the service recently recived here through grace removals, for starters car was 8 days late arriving to perth took over 4 weeks in total,and then awning, door mouldings and paint all damaged, unfortunately i was at work when it got dropped off so couldnt inspect untill i got home,

Fantastic! Had my ute moved from Melbourne to Brisbane. Car arrived within time frame, no damage and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism received from all staff I dealt with.Highly recommend and would have no problems using them again.

Fantastic service received from CEVA Transport! Highly professional, communicative and efficient in transporting my new car interstate in under two weeks. The delivery time was to fall when I was due to be at work and the driver organised to drop it off earlier than originally planned leaving plenty of time before my work started. I will be recommending Ceva to anyone who asks ☺️

Past experience over some years has been good but current experience is deplorable. CEVA has an opaque customer service system, apparenly linked to an overses call centre, and it is impossible to get meaningful information.Making a booking was the easy part!I dropped a car off at their Pinkemba terminal in Brisbane Tuesday 21 March, early afternoon, for transport to Melbourne. Delivery (to a suburban Melbourne address) was supposed to be variously 29 March or 30 March. Yesterday, on my enquiry, this was revised to 31 March and only arrival to Melbourne terminal. (on the next truck to Melbourne").As of now the vehicle hasn't moved from Pinkemba in 8 days and they are still claiming it will be in MEL on 31 March with no indication of actual delivery to its destination.And this is an international logistics company?WJH 29/03/2023After my post above CEVA responded suggesting I contact their customer service at their usual number. So the circle of lack of service was closed!VEHICLE FINALLY DEPARTED BNE EARLY AM 3 APRIL I.E. 13 DAYS AFTER BEING DROPPED OFF AT PINKEMBA DEPOT.Arrived Melbourne 4 April and to be delivered in Melbourne 6 April AM.CEVA incompetence and delays has cost us over $A1

During transportation they CEVA managed to crack the windscreen, and then proceeded to not honour their warranty, even though a cracked windscreen is not an exclusion on the warranty terms and conditions. Do not recommend, very unhelpful and dismissive warranty team also.They cracked the windscreen and have no proof of the origin of the crack, however it occurred while the vehicle was in their possession (which they admit), and is not excluded under their warranty terms, therefore should be covered under warranty.
