A pleasant place to have breakfast or coffee and cake. The owner is very friendly and generous and goes out of his way to please. Prices are also better than elsewhere.

High quality pies, cakes and coffee. The cheese and spinach filo was so good I ordered a large amount for a celebration at home recently. A very friendly Vietnamese family run it, and its clearly popular with the locals for good reason.

The bakehouse is obviously quite popular with the older locals, and they get great service as a result, but as someone from out of town, who came in to have a look at what was available (and said so upon entering) to have the young counter girl stare us down and repeatedly ask if we were ready to order, was really off-putting. I eventually got flustered and ordered some foccacias, which in hindsight was a huge mistake.The schnitzel was so heavily laden with oil it repeated on me all the way home, and had obviously been cooked and reheated a few times as the meat" was beyond dry. The "Parisian" foccacia was just purely bland

The coffee is good. The staff are friendly but the menu is very limited and quite boring. Given all the coffee shops at Mountain Gate it wouldn't be my first choice.Visited again today, 13/2/23. Nothing has changed. It's ok but not earth shattering.

Small cafe & bakehouse with friendly staff. We went for breakfast and tried their Chicken Schnitzel and Mediterranean Focaccias with coffee. I would say the best Mediterranean Focaccia I ever had. Loved it so much!
