Fab did an incredible job installing my car radio, reverse camera and fixing my antenna. He was very friendly and helpful in showing me how to use it and maximise the settings on the radio. Much appreciated!

Made a call on a Monday to fit my new head unit (I’d hit a brick wall) and the response was immediate. They had a tech out same day and he not only fitted it but went the extra mile to sort my camera and show me through the new head unit at 6pm at night. Brilliant service and couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough.

It's boss, Eugene, was extremely prompt in his responses to my email queries, and provided competitive pricing for the supply and installation of front and rear parking sensors.They also provided dashcam installation service for a brand which they don't carry that I bought separately. At first I felt the quoted price for this dashcam installation was much pricier than quotes from other auto shops. But after reading so many positive reviews online about PPA Car Audio, I decided to go with them. And it was a very pleasant experience. Quality of service and professionalism are two extremely factors vis-a-vis price points.Thiago, who was the installer for the sensors and dashcam, was very efficient and professional, and patiently ran through all the installed products with me. It took him just under 3 hours for the completion of all installation work.Highly recommended!

Contacted Eugene in regards to installation of a head unit, first technician came around and installed the head unit but said I would not have full utilisation of steering wheel controls despite me providing the correct adapter. Contacted Eugene and he sent Thiago out the very next day without hesitation to install the adapter and now steering wheel controls work!Although initially disappointed at the first technician not completing the job fully the first time I do not feel this reflects on PPA or Eugene as I was suitably impressed with the communication and quick resolution that followed.Would recommend and use again.

Fabio done an amazing job and even travelled 45 mins for the job I’m extremely satisfied with the job and how quickly he done it and the quality of the job I even offered 300$ to pay but he denied and only took the price needed for the job which shows how true and loyal he is.Great job fabio I’ll definitely be recommending this company to others.

Got a front and rear dashcam installed in my cx5. Organised it in a breeze with Eugene via email. I provided the unit, just had to pay for the labour. Very competitive pricing and they also came out to my house for installation. Would definitely recommend PPA!

Barry installed a Sony XAV-AX5000 CarPlay unit in my car. Barry's team offered me at home installation service which made it very easy for me. I cant recommend enough the workmanship provided by Barry's team. Additionally, I also had a deal with a faulty head unit but Barry's team was very swift on the re-installation of the head unit. Overall it is very smooth and easy working with Barry's team.

The guy who installed my Mums head unit promised to arrive at 12 but didn’t get there until 3. When I called to chase him up I kept getting told he’ll be there soon. The installation was ok but when I asked for a compromise on the price (since we had to re arrange our whole day for him) he got nasty and almost ripped her reverse camera out. The whole thing was scary and his boss was also rude on the phone
