My garage roller door control kept failing so called Gavin at Frankston Garage Doors for advice, he recommended that due to the units age I'd be better witha new ATA unit.I sent Gavin pictures of the old unit, he purchased the new unit and was out at the house the same day. The old unit was difficult to remove due to a new beam but between us the old unit was off but the new one was too large for the space.Gavin cut the other end of the door spindle to allow the unit onto the opposite end and had everything running very quickly.We have been extremely impressed with the skill, speed and communication pf Gavin amd Mandy at Frankston Garage Doors and recommend this local company to all.

Gavin serviced my existing panel garage door today. Within 15 mins, all of my questions were answered, the noise issue I was concerned about was fixed, the chain was retentioned and the other moving parts lubricated. Great price and same day service. Highly recommend.

Gav helped remove and put back in place the garage door so the builders could repair a ceiling under an insurance claim. Gav identified the motor was damaged by the collapsed ceiling and that I should get in touch with the insurance company, who approved the claim next day. Gav was super busy but manged to find time straight away for him and the team to replace the motor so we could use the garage door. Great friendly and traditional service with a smile.
