First time I’ve used your service and Stanley was amazing. Advised me he was running a bit late. Made sure I was 100% happy with the job. My car looks brand new. Highly recommend and will definitely use you again. Thanks.

Stanley recently did a Signature clean on my car and he was fantastic. Stanley was punctual, had good communication, and a great attention to detail. He made sure to explain how the products and service worked when he arrived, and ensured that I was 100% happy with the job at the end. My car looked brand new. It still looks great over a week later, and anyone who has been in my car has commented on how clean it is! I won't hesitate to use Stanley again in future. Thanks Stanley!

Average job, it's spray and wipe not an actual wash. Attention to detail lacking. Wouldn't bother booking again.

I was really happy with the communication from Stan from the get go. He was friendly, efficient, thorough and most importantly, OCD! Loved the service, so glad to have gone with Refresh to compensate for my laziness/negligence in vehicular care, Stan really gave my Hermione Ranger a new lease on life!Thanks to Stan and Refresh!Highly recommend!

Was disappointed with clean. The exterior was cleaned and polished but there was still dirt on the bumper and spare tyre cover on the boot. The interior still had sand on the back floor and the emptied glove compartments were not cleaned. The Refresher, Phub left a knife on the back seat which wasn't great for my 3 young kids.My past experience with Refresh as great so, was really disappointed this time. There was no attention to detail and the clean was done in less than 90 minutes.James from Refresher rang me the next day and explained that Phub, was new and it was his first week. He wanted to send another person to clean my car ASAP. I am sure the next clean will be brilliant. Thank you for the great service and making sure your customers are happy.

If you ever use their service in WA SOR, DO NOT engage in refresher - Stephane as he was very dishonest. He added the extra soilage surcharge without informing us and instead, just showed the final amount to be paid. Surcharge was applied despite him not being able to justify the need. In previous occassions, payment has always been made through the app but Stephane requested that we transfer the payment directly to his personal acct. Job quality was far from acceptable. Just to name a few, boot had sand not removed and rims were not entirely cleaned as I was able to swipe dust off it. We had provided photos as evidence but feedback to the office did not resolve our issue as none of our concerns and queries were addressed. The email responses were very dismissive and not helpful at all. Very disappointing experience this time around and we will be taking our business else where. Apparently 0 stars isn’t possible but I organised a thorough cleaning of our car through Refresh Valet last week. Despite getting reminders of the appointment the day before nobody turned up on the day. We received no notification that our order had been cancelled, I left a message asking what was going on and I heard nothing. 6 days later we get an automated email letting us know that our service had been cancelled. No apology, no explanation. Just a garbage company that doesn’t care about customer service and is okay wasting my time.

I have been using this car detailing service for years. They always do a fabulous job. My car looks brand new. Highly recommend.
