The team at Salt Hair are amazing. Jade is an excellent hairdresser. 12 months ago my hair looked and felt shocking. Now my hair is healthy and looks beautiful. Never disappointed with the results and they listen to your needs. Highly recommend this salon.

I visited Salt Hair collective on the 02/05/23 and I think I can safely say this has been my worst experience at a hairdresser ever. I had requested a blonde balayage and when my hair was done the colour was splotchy and there was a hard line between my natural colour and the blonde. I said I wasn't happy with the dye and was told they would fix it by putting a wash through it. Little did I know this was would turn my hair brown. I was then told to come back the next day and they would fix it. I was concerned about this as I was worried this would destroy my hair (bleeching it twice did not sound like a good idea) but I was told they use olaplex and that it would be fine. I came back and sure enough they did fix it by re-dying it blonde. They also did a trim and I was happy with the colour. I left feeling much better however as the week has passed my hair has felt like straw, it is brittle and much of my hair has snapped making it much shorter than before. I hate what they have done to my hair. I will never ever go back to Salt hair collective. I will be dealing with my brittle short hair for years to come.

I am so glad I found this salon.Since relocating to the Central Coast, I visited multiple salons and was disappointed each time. I am very particular and my hair has to be exactly how I want it.I've been a customer of Salt Hair Collective for more than 6 months and I won't go anywhere else.The staff are super friendly and very professional; I can't recommend this salon enough.
