Wax'd

First time client and will definitely be coming back! I was greeted with a smile and there was barely any waiting time. Courtney was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, really knew her stuff and did an excellent job. Would 100% recommend Wax'd to everyone.

Absolutely love the Capalaba team. Always so friendly and accomodating. If ever I have to go somewhere else I always regret it! Their waxing is so quick and painless.

Came here at 10am for a eyebrow clean up and they said it was a 30 min wait came back half an hour later and they said it’s another 25 min wait, decided to wait and go back after and they said it’s another 30 min wait. What a joke

Came in today to get an underarm and Brazilian and was seen straight away. One of the girls was really lovely. The one who waxed me was okay. She didn’t get all the hairs and I’m pretty disappointed being left with as many hairs as I have to be honest. Pricing is awesome however but not worth it if it’s not a clean wax.EDIT: The manager I’m assuming called me two days later and offered me a free service if I sent through pictures and changed my google review which is fair enough however needed it done before my holiday to Thailand. Can’t comment on the service as I will probably just go back to doing laser hair but thought it was nice to be compensated :)

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Had the eyebrows and lashes done. Shaping looks good and I didnt get any redness from the wax for the first time ever
